They don't really have many Virgo traits as far as I've seen over the years. They are introverted and they are emotionally intense. But this chart says they have a lot of earth and air and fire and not much water.. and they have a rational earth sign Capricorn as rising? Hmm.. apparently this is the right birth time from a birth certificate..

Sure it fits their personality.

Sagittarius is the sign of excess. A Sagi that has learned this about themselves, or intuitively knows this about themselves, will try to be more contained, because they know if they indulged, they'll go too far and will pay the price afterwards.

It's not uncommon to meet reserved Sag heavy people. If anything, they're capable of being the most 'introverted' fire sign.

On top of that, we're looking at three planets in the 12th house. The moon, which is conjunct Neptune, will make this person very Neptunian, and that Jupiter sharing the house will expand the house qualities.

The 12th house is the house of Pisces, who is well known for being quiet, introverted and highly introspective.

Capricorn is also notoriously reserved.

Mars is closer to Moon, Earth than the other planets it aspects (Jupiter, Neptune, Pluto), except for the square to Venus.

Sun squares Mars-Uranus nearly exactly conjunct in Sagittarius. Such a tight Mars-Uranus contributes to their intensity with a tendency for extremes of impulse or passion.

Mars is parallel Jupiter 23S29, so when they put their passions into motion they tend to go big.
