I've never met a guy with this combo before so it's quite difficult how to interpret it. Venus in Gemini men like smart and talkative women I'm guessing, and I've had lots of experience with Mars in Cap men lol. Would it be accurate to say that a man with this Venus/Mars combo might like a smart woman who is driven and forward in her advances toward him? I am an Aries Venus and Aries Mercury (he also has Aries Mercury and it's exactly conjunct my Venus) so I don't have trouble approaching men I find attractive and he apparently doesn't mind that, but sometimes my Mars in Pisces can make me a little shy and come off as not so driven.I've also heard that certain Venus positions in men incline them to prefer a thinner or curvier body type on a woman. I have a thinner body type with sharp features and have noticed that Gemini and Sag Venus men like this while Taurus and Cancer Venus men like shapelier bodies. IP: Logged |

Contrary to popular belief I think Gemini Venus folks like EVERYONE and not just those on the thinner side... But honestly I think for them intelligence, wit and a fun/easy going nature is #1 and looks are secondary. They aren't AS superficial as some other Venus positions can be. Having said that, in my experience...it seems that they DO tend to have a preference for women that are more slender...although I think Virgo Venus makes this a priority. IP: Logged |

Hey! My boyfriend has this combo. Gem Venus in 6th, Cap Mars in 1st. I think this: quote: Would it be accurate to say that a man with this Venus/Mars combo might like a smart woman who is driven and forward in her advances toward him?
is correct. Also, with my bf, there was no question as to whether or not he wanted to make it work with me. He wasn't obsessive in the grandiose sense but he always followed through on plans, and our 'friendly' hang outs naturally progressed into more than friendly, and eventually to sleepovers every day for like 6 months straight. He's a Taurus Sun so that plays into it. Additionally, you are correct in that he likes smaller women, but he certainly doesn't have a problem with curvier ones. With Cap Mars, practically everything turns them on, but they have the highest level of self control / self denial that I've ever seen. I guess that's what they mean by exalted. IP: Logged |

This guy is a Taurus sun too. I am as well, which kind of made me like him more haha. However, I don't I'm capable of prolonging the courtship phase lol. If he doesn't commit within a month I'm usually over it. This particular guy is someone who unfortunately moved away recently but I think might be moving back again soon.

An ex with Sun/Moon/Merc in Taurus also had Ven in Gemini, Mars in Cap.Venus is contra parallel Mars in his case which is like Venus opp Mars. And he loved drama! Venus conjunct house 1 and Mars in 7th on the cusp of the 8th. His ex before me beat him up and perhaps I was too "soft"? IP: Logged |

i do not know how they would show interest, but i know that they like slim women (not too curvy) who are intelligent. you dont need to have academic degree, but you need to be able to keep conversation and be curious about things and have lively conversations.i remember my ex-husband (gemini venus) told me that he couldnt date a woman with whom your conversation is not fluid, that you need to work hard to find conversation topics.. I wouldnt not try to combine mars-venus to define they likes. likes is about venus. you know what you like by your venus. mars define how you go after what you like and what you want. so here, what matter is his gemini venus. i think that having both of you aries mercury makes a good point of attraction for a gemini venus as you will find funny similar things and would have similar styles of communication. given that for gemini venus communication and being on the same wavelength is key, i think that this is particular important and slender women are the ones for gemini venus. i do think that to like a woman is different than being turned on. men can be turned on by many women they do not particularly like as their types regardless of the mars sign. IP: Logged |

Yes I completely agree. I feel like he thinks about love in this exact way. I think that he's the type to politely tell you not to talk to him anymore if he thinks you're boring or stupid lol. IP: Logged |
