Basically, Pisces, Cancer and Scorpio Moons especially if not afflicted could give good intuition by themselves.
Pluto/Neptune aspects to Moon could help too.
I know Aries/Aqua/Libra moons and their gut feeling is always so wrong.. they don't het their environment at all, yet they will tell you that they have a good gut feeling.. Most people will say so actually but I kmow very few that can "predict" something or get the vibes right before hand. That is what a good gut feeling is.
My mother has an Aries Moon conjuct Mars. She will say it may happen a/b or c (all the possibilities) and when let's say possibillity b happens she'll be like "I told you that b would happen" so she says all the possible things that could happen and then acts like she had a gut feeling.
Not only that but I am her daughter for 27 years and she never understands me, she assumes so inaccurate and weird things.. Honestly her feeling is a failure her sister and my dad agreed to it too. It is too obvious actually. Even if you don't have a good intuition after knowning someone for 27 years you would naturally know the way he thinks/answer/acts etc..

Now I have very few crazy examples like knowing stuff that couldn't be logically explained they just occured to me as a feeling and they proved to be spot on later.

Many intuitions in dreams and others during the day.
Signs and aspects that I believe are responsible:

Stellium in Scorpio, Moon in piscis, Neptune in house 12th, Moon / Pluto, Neptune / Pluto, Mercury / Pluto in scorpio, Moon / Mercury (Maybe, I do not know)

My mother was basically a "witch" when she was young.
When I was a child I remember that my house was attended by many people to be attended by my mother. Predicted very well the future .. she does not do it anymore.
She has neptune and moon in scorpio and both in conjunction with the ascendant. All in less than one degree and piscis stellium.

Hehe, I said it in the same exact order and it wasn't random.
I disagree with some saying that fire/air/earth or whatever sign has good intuition.
First of all I find the Moon to be the most important.
People I know with non watery moons do not compare by any means to water moons when it comes to intuition.
Aries, Capricorn and air moons are the worst ones in my opinion and experience.
One friend of mines has Cancer Sun opposite Neptune and Uranus, ASC in Pisces, Cancer Mercury opposite Neptune and Capricorn Moon.
She has so much water (pisces/cancer mix) and her intuition is not really good.

Agreed!

Before we can assign a quality or ability to a specific sign, aspect, or placement (and I think saying Pisces is the most intuitive is overly simplistic), we have to know what the quality or ability is and what it isn’t. People often associate intuition with water placements (cancer, Scorpio, Pisces), or simply with the moon. Nothing is that simple. There is no such thing as the most intuitive sign.

To one degree or another, everybody has intuitions.

According to personality theory, there are two types of intuition, introverted and extraverted. The kind I think we’re talking about is the Introverted variety. With that said, I agree that Pisces, Neptune, and the 12th House is associated with intuition, but specifically, introverted intuition.

I think if you (the OP) really want an answer to this question, you’d consider personality types and study the charts of those who use intuition as their primary function (Introverted: INFJ, INTJ. Extroverted: ENFP, ENTP). In my limited experience, there is a picean signature for those preferring Ni. You’d Have to make sure the persons not mistyped. That happens lots.
