Not besties but we were friendly and sweet before. After the election I congratulated him but conveyed that I did not agree with him on that topic, and showed worry about people's (including his voters') ssn benefits being cut off, and other worrisome stuff such as the abolishment of public schools which is going to result in an uneducated future population in a society that is already importing scientists). He's stopped interacting with me since. I can't say I regret it because who needs that kind of negativity in their life anyway? He certainly won't be missed lol but I was definitely surprised by his extreme reaction to a message I tried to convey positively.

I will just say I’m 34 now. I’m doing the most intensive self healing work in my whole life to the point where I’ve stopped abusing all substances with coffee being on thin ice.

I had to do shadow self work. The parts of us that don’t get light, get silenced.

I had to go into forgiveness to self and others. I asked my Twin Flame if I really had to forgive my grandpa for trying to put his hand up my skirt when I was 13 but looked like a nine year old.

The reason?! I got this: imagine being an adult and seeing your child self forgiving that person or saying that they do. If you are anything like me that sets off wrong alarms.

To each their own.

Anyways some new affirmations for anyone else out there struggling….

And eww, this one girl basically demanded I be her friend again and was like holding grudges isn’t good you know. And I responded with “that’s for me to decide”

What they did…I don’t need to be anyone’s friend that bad. I’d rather be friends with a squirrel.

So I also believe that forgiving people and letting go of grudges is used to manipulate and control people sometimes.

Like I’m imagining myself being like “oh no holding grudges is bad!! With that logic I better forgive this horrible person because they said so! “

It sounds very convenient for s h I t t y people to not have grudges.
