I have noticed, when using solar arcs, that my birthtime must be off by some minutes. Does anyone know way to determine the correct time? Or even have so much expertise and time and could help me to do that? Its really annoying problem as i would like to go deeper in my astrology learning path. IP: Logged |

I wouldn't rely on solar arc progressions for assessing that. I don't, and this is my area of expertise. Natal internal checks and internal rectifying progressions along with transits are the tools to use for this.If you want you can email me your data and what you are using to make this assessment and I will give you a free evaluation of your chart situation. ------------------ "Drift like a cloud and flow like water, seeing that all life is a magnificent illusion, a playing of energy, and there is absolutely nothing fundamentally to be afraid of." -- Alan Watts Soul Stars Astrology by The Declinations Guy Expert Rectification IP: Logged |

I don't know if you can find out where exactly you were born, but the hospital (if you were in fact born in one) should have your birth record and you can contact them to have them retrieve it from the archives. I did this for my SO, and they told me his birth time over the phone.IP: Logged |

@Kannon McAfee, is it possible with Kepler software to do an accurate rectification by checking the life events?IP: Logged |

If you know what you are doing it is possible to accurately rectify any birth chart using almost any software. The results are determined by the experience and sharpness of the rectifier. Knowing how to approach it can overcome the faults of software.------------------ "Drift like a cloud and flow like water, seeing that all life is a magnificent illusion, a playing of energy, and there is absolutely nothing fundamentally to be afraid of." -- Alan Watts Soul Stars Astrology by The Declinations Guy Expert Rectification IP: Logged |

Honestly, I don't remember. Email me again and be sure to remind me of the moniker you use here if it differs from your email.------------------ Soul Stars Astrology by The Declinations Guy Expert birth chart rectification The birth chart is a starting place not a pre-determiner of fate. That's amazing that they'd just tell you over the phone!! I've run into a couple of instances where the the hospital was no longer in operation and nobody knows where the records went. 😡Granted, this wasn't in the U.S... Most places in the US seem to need you to go the Town Hall office in person and show proof of ID. I think in many places only you yourself or family can request it. I wish our birth records were more like the kind they have in France, where they also tag on the dates of your marriage(s), deaths, basically all important life events in one document. Makes genealogy research and family tracing so much easier... IP: Logged |
