I have a breast reduction surgery scheduled on August 20th the same day that Pluto in the 5th will be exactly inconjucnt my Venus in 10th. Should I be worried? Thanks

Not really, believe me I was super worried about my mom and her surgery (breast surgery too) and I was trying to read her chart and all that, there's nothing better than feeling in good hands with the doctor. Feel ready and in good hands! I hope everything goes well with your surgery.

Pluto transits are more of a internal transformations, I've had for the past 8 years oppositions to Mercury, Venus and Sun.

No, that transit figure is perfectly demonstrative of the event.

Pluto in quincunx (150°) transit to natal Venus is a window of opportunity for a significant (even possibly surgical) change or adjustment to female principle of self/body/beauty/image.

Pluto is known for changes and modifications.
The quincunx transit often affects health and body when there is an issue to be dealt with.
Venus is clearly the female principle of beauty and image.

It is more of a concern if there are other harsher transits to natal Venus simultaneously.
