Which zodiac signs listen the best?Which zodiac signs are more likely to tune out and not listen. Is how a sign listens, ruled by Mercury? ------------------

Imo, Cancer placements, especially the Moon. Also Pisces and Virgo. Although, Virgo listens more in a practical way. Like they take note of the things you like, your favorite color, how you like your sandwich made, etc. To me, there are two types of listening. Listening to listen is more mercurial. This type of listening is useful when exchanging ideas. Not so much when listening to others' emotions. Listening to understand is more in the realm of the Moon. One can logicalize emotions as much as they want. But true understanding comes from the heart, not the mind. Even then, there is no way someone can really 100% understand another through listening. The only way would be to become the other person themselves completely, including how they were raised, think, and act. Funny you started this thread. Me and my boyfriend were just talking about it. I definately agree with Solar Leo Queen. There are 2 ways of listening.
Mercury in Virgo and Gemini are the best ones in my experience when it comes to understanding & learning smth after listening to it (like at school for example) When it comes to being patient enough to listen to others and understand them emotionally it comes to Moon and maybe partially to Mercury. Having Moon in Pisces myself with Mercury in Cancer I've heard multiple times from others that they feel like I can feel them and like I am in their mind. Moon in Pisces absorbs like a sponge the energy around itself.
Mercury in Cancer although it's not considered good/bad I think it's a good sign for Mercury actually, I have the patience to listen to other people.
If I had Mercury in Aqua my Moon would almost be wasted in this case because I wouldn't be patient enough to listen to other people. Aqua Mercury people are very absent minded.
Mercury in fire signs and Pisces are the worst in my opinion and actually are considered the worst generally. You need Moon in water with Pisces being your best one because Pisces can feel something without actually experiencing it because we are creepy and we create imaginary worlds that feel like a parallel reality until we get out of it. Feeling how I'll feel just imagining of exoeriencing smth before I actually experience it may not sound weird. Knowing how someone else ia going to feel after an experience better than the person himself is a bit weird though.

If you want me to listen to you, please be animated in your delivery. I can't stand a monotonous voice and a stoic face.And if you are looking for me to just be on the receiving end of "listening" without amusing me by answering my probing questions. Go find a wall! Ime, Mercury in water listen for "what lies beneath". I like that. And they ask questions. I also like Mercury in earth because they listen with reason. They want it all to " add up". Love that too. I find air mercury and fire mercury the worst listeners. The fire mercury people will rush you to finish-especially when Mars aspects Mercury. The air mercury people I know don't listen out for consistency. They don't mind if you talk in circles or blow hot air. Nothing is ever "serious" enough for them to engage their concentration on too long(barring Moon placements), if its not "hypothetical". IP: Logged |

Imo many signs can listen good, but how many can solve a complicated problem after listening very very few.------------------
