In what part of the chart can this contribute to having horrible grammars even if one is fluent or their native tongue?

Ironically.... 3rd house,Mercury or lots of Gemini placements but afflicted.

My ex is Sun/Mercury in Gemini and Moon in Virgo. And you'd think he'd be the master of the spoken a d written word.....NO

At one point, I got so irritated with his inability that I began questioning his date of birth.

It didn't make sense to me because I am quick to associate that with being "dumb". And I positively avoid " dumb".
