I was there for 4 years.. and was planning to leave in about 2-3 months. Guess they bet me to it and the plus side is I dont have to resign.

I work as a Licenced Massage Therapist. I had an inappropriate patient and stopped treating him.

Not only was he sexually inappropriate, he was always coming down from a Cocaine binge and was hung over when he came to see me, his health wasn't great and he is a line away from heart attack or stroke in my opinion.

His wife would drive him in as he is a truck driver so he cant lose his licence for work (drug driving) so his wife drove him to the clinic.

He started driving himself in after the owners of the clinic informed him I felt uncomfortable treating him. He stopped getting high on the Friday night, as he still came in for other treatment, therefore his wife must of been questioning him about not driving him in and she wanted answers.

I have no idea what he said to get me fired on the spot. But the fact that my own work place didn't ask for my side of the story or support me in anyway, eerks me the most!!

I actually wonder if he might of lied and informed them that I offered him sexual services and he turn me down, so that's why I didn't want to see him anymore.. He must of come up with some dooze to save his ass from his wife to have me sacked.

Anyway, I actually live across the road from this clinic and have been living in the area for the last 15 years. So it doesn't look good for them. I know a lot of people in the area so I wonder how it will effect them when people start to find out that they sacked me.?

I know its not the best idea to sign a contract during mercury retrograde, but is it just as damaging to cancel a contract during mercury retrograde?

A natal Vesta-Pallas is a 'mark' in a chart for an individual who has a Healing Talent.

Oh.. Your asteroid Talent is in Capricorn at 29+ … tMars-rx came to visit this degree one more time in retrograde, then turns around at 28.36 Capricorn, and passes over your 'Talent' again during the first week of September 2018, while Saturn retro in Capricorn has turned around direct at 2.32.

What an in-depth and through response!

I will try and reply back as much as I can, however I dont understand everything you have written as I dont have that much knowledge in astrology.

1. First off, I dont need to collect unemployment benefits, as I worked elsewhere 4 days a week. I am now doing 6 days with them over 2 clinic. I was about to drop another day at the place I was fired from as the other place pays more and has a better work environment. So I was very fortunate that I had only one foot left in the door of the other place as I was planning to leave shortly anyhow.

2. "revengeful retaliating" my Scorpio moon is very vengeful. I know where he works! I spoke with the transport manager and informed him of his drug use and the best time to drug test him is on a Monday and his weekend cocaine binge. Although I will never know of the outcome due to privacy laws, but just to be on the safe side, I will call HR tomorrow so they are also aware of the situation. What good for the gooose is good for the gander! Plus I've yet to fill his wife in on the details.. But I like to take my time with this so when he thinks its all done and dusted, I will drag it all back in his life to deal with another sh!tstorm again!

3. There is no need for legal advice. I have informed many people where I live, I bump into patients all the time, they are as shocked as I am and a few stated they will not be returning to the clinic.

4. Theres no record here really so to speak, I will easily be employed again. I also let the current owner of the clinic where I work know all about it and have been transparent with him about it and he in turn has been supportive.

I emailed them and asked them where they paid it along with the link to the ATO (IRS) website which states I am entitled to super payments (a fund where I can only access the funds at retirement).

They choose not to reply to me so my Tax Agent informed me to file a complaint to the ATO (IRS), which I did and they will chase the funds for me. I did get a reply a few days later saying that they are seeking professional advice on the matter.

I decided to go a see what my super was doing as I hadn't looked at it in over 10 years. It had doubled in size due to accrued interest!!

And the recent laws have changed so if you want to buy an investment property with your superannuation you can!!

They will have to back pay my super between 20k and 30k!!

I knew they owed my super, and I wasn't going to chase it up, but lucky for me, because they just cancelled my contract without notice because of some old fat slob couldn't get his hands on me, they can now suffer the consequences of breaking employment law.

I always see the positive side from a negative experience..
