How do we know when the signs in our progressive chart have changed?

By using the ARMC 361°/prog.day option at astro.com in their Extended Chart Selection.

- First, pick your chart.
- Then click on Extended Chart Selection.
- On that page near the top of the options you see "Chart type:" scroll down the drop-down menu to just under -progressions- and select Natal and progressed chart*.
- Then scroll the page down a bit and look to the left for Display and calculation options and under progressions select ARMC 361°/prog.day.

This will progress the chart properly, 361° per year as the Earth rotates 361° per day (day for year progression).

Wow that really change the progressed cusps of the chart.

Why this key is not default in astro.com but it uses naibod key in which actually you get not solar progressed but primary directed angles of the chart?

Actually I do plan to visit my parents in September, I want to be home and see them, its such a subtle energy though progressions I feel....

My progressed venus conjunct mars are conjuncting my natal mercury approaching by about 1d and my progressed sun is conjuncting exact my natal saturn by 0d01.

Good question. I think the real answers are:

(a) The ancient legacy obsession of astrologers with one degree increments and equivalencies (going back to ancient Greece);
(b) Valuing symbolism over in mundi rotational reality (Earth's rotational dynamic and timing);
(c) Tendency to hold to these because astrological schooling focuses on charts, which do not accurately represent the sky, and in books that keep repeating the false memes.

I have a sun in Cancer and I don't care for being at home all the time. I think the progress moon is about different energy that kick off certain lessons during that time. Actually the only thing I can chalk up to being a Cancer sun is , wanting finial security, security in business dealings but why would you not want security in those things like marriage, job etc. I don't like things held over my head though so I will let go or shake whatever is to find that security. when you don't need you don't freat. Sensitivity to what other people feel or think, I have mostly learned this is about respect though and people crossing lines , boundaries etc. Sensitive with love matters, very funny about how a man takes to me and treats me. Tolerant but lack patience.

Probably due to other progressions outside of the moon going on, that make oppositions and square to your processed moon. I noticed progressions and some truth to it when I started asking people for their charts and looking at their placements.

Capricorn moon, not nessiciarly capricorns but people with NN in cap, jupiter or moon in cap were really present.

Aquarius, omg surrounded by Aquarius women. People with NN in Aquarious

Pisces which is current. Jupiter in Pisces, venus and sun sign in Pisces.
