I lack confidence and always feel insecure. What may be the reason ?

I don't think that there is any one person alive who doesn't sometimes question their confidence.The key is to always work on it i.e that you are enough, good enough, beautiful enough, bright enough, special enough etc. Now words don't teach. But affirmations definitely help build beliefs about the self as lack of confidence was likely a belief that you built about yourself that stemmed from outside yourself i.e mom said "you are fat", or brother said" you are stupid" etc. A debilitated Sun,Mars or Jupiter I would look at first. Then I would look to Jupiter and Mercury. My best friend definitely had severe self esteem issues; Sun in Aqua, Saturn conj Jup and Uranus square Mars. Mercury is also square Uranus and conjunct Mars. IP: Logged |

I think squares to ic,and saturn,pluto square moon could make someone stuck in his insecurities more than he should.Needing more time to feel free from past and move on.Cause we all have insecurities but some stuck on these and some dont.IP: Logged |

Im not an expert in astrology ,so dont take the aspects im suggesting for granted.I think ic is stg to be considered in confident issues ,since it shows things about our roots and its so important house in my opinion.But people lack confidence in different areas.Someone feels smart but not beautiful,while the other feels confident about her appearance but feels insecure about her intelligence,so i guess we should look at the houses that represent our lack of confidence areas.For example i feel uncomfortable sometimes with bosses or power figures,so looking at my mc i see its squaring saturn,quincux moon and sun.At same time i feel very confident in other areas,so i guess the point is to develope our selfesteem focusing in the latest,and dont let our insecurities rule the game.IP: Logged |

These are my "guesses" ….. Harsh placements or aspects with Saturn 2nd House issues --
includes self-esteem and what-materials and resources you have in your possession-- did you gain skills.
8th House issues -- outside incoming resource materials, investments.
11th House.. ability to be supported in your aspirations, friends, patrons -- those who stand in your corner, mentors, the association-network of people who believe-in and connect-with you. Condition of your Mars. (action) Condition of your Sun (father, self-image, Willpower)
and Moon (mother, emotions, nurturing)--
these are the ones who brought you your initial 'imprint' in life--
Provided the genetics, your early environment, and 'downloads' (of all kinds);
these were the ones who educated, and nurtured you in "life-skills" and instincts you would need to survive and thrive. Were you able to 'shine' in their life?
Did they allow you to confidently be on-stage as someone who has Value? Role models on how to handle yourself, how to deal with ups and downs. Did your experience with them, anchor and secure you with a personal confidence that you can 'deal' with Life, and any adversities that come? Were you instilled with courage from an early age?  What's going on with LEO, and Fifth House? -- Your showmanship Did any mentors or teachers choose you to pour themselves into your life? --- providing the compensating balance if the parenting was weak wrong glitched or missing, for whatever reasons?
Did they help with enhancing or correcting mindsets and beliefs?
