The full moon shook me to the core. I experienced a break up yesterday. I am heartbroken and grieving because I lost a person I love so much.

So much pain was brought to the surface that I am emotionally burned and drained. I am forcing myself to forgive and forget. Sending everyone love and light.

Blessings and Healing moving forward , yesterday and the day before I felt low on energy and kind of numb. I also ended up reviewing a bunch of old photo albums from my teen years and early 20s, some from childhood and it brought a lot of emotions to the surface and a brief crisis.
