This is just for fun! Here is what I think Mother Gothel's birth chart would look like:

ASC in Scorpio, MC in Leo
Sun in Aries in 6th house
Moon in Capricorn in 2nd house
Mercury in Aquarius in 4th house
Venus in Aries in 5th house
Mars in Aquarius in 4th house
Jupiter in Virgo in 10th
Saturn in Gemini in 8th

What do you think? I was rewatching that movie and this is just what I thought up after some thinking.
