Ruler of 12th in 6th. You bring the affairs of the 12th house to the 6th.

You may keep your job a secret, you may work a night shift, you work in isolation, you work in an isolated area, you work in a hospital/prison, work with recovery institutions, work as a volunteer, work of a spiritual nature, work that keeps you out of society, work for the government or huge company that you go unnoticed in, work for secret organizations.

It could also suggest that you run your errands in secret, you prefer to shop alone, you find running errands therapeutic, having a schedule has you feel therapeutic and calm, going to the gym when no one is there, making your payments online, not liking to interact whilst running your errands,getting confused or overwhelmed often about what to do first in your "things to do list" etc.
