My best friend's is in Libra and yes he can't decide stuff even if his life depended on it. He seems very romantic, like he sings songs for them, writes them longass romantic messages, sometimes even I write them for him trolol, says he likes to create romantic moments for them.

he took me to his house, that was practically our first date

more like his cozy villa outside the city...in nature and away from all the noise

a lot of cuddling and and holding and protective hugs...we also walked around in nature

he tried to take in further to lead to sex, which I refused and his pride seemed to have been hurt (leo moon and mars, not conjunct)

I'm also much younger than him

he's the sweetest man I know, in a way my perfect kind of man (I have AC in leo, and mars and venus in cancer)

resisting him is SO hard for me, yet I have to because he's not the right one for me

he fed me, washed the dishes and was the best host I have ever had

his venus is conjunct my south node..definitely some karma lessons related to romance for the both of us to learn...my sun is also right on his south node

I've never had a bigger desire in my life to go back in time and meet him and be with him forever...makes me wish for a next life in a way...something I'm funnily trying now to be the last one; to develop my soul enough so it wouldn't have to come back if incarnation really exists in that sense...yet he's pulling me back it seems...it's all very south-node....I have no plans to have another life, and I hope he can reunite with me after this one

He was very gentle and fun, very nurturing.. a bit shy. He pursued me from a friendship side. We would text a lot.. Interacting with him was very easy, almost like with a girl. We would talk about everything. He used emojis like A LOT!!! Living with him was great, always comfy. We would always cook together. Go to parties and travel. His friends were his extended family. He was a great friend in general!

In the end it didn’t work out for me, because somehow it lacked passion. He also didn’t want to have children, which is unusual for a Cancer individual, one might think. At the beginning I didn’t mind, but after years of dating, it became an issue for me..

It was the most stable relationship I had, though.
Him and me remained friends btw. Which is very typical for him. He remained friends with every ex-girlfriend he’s had since middle school!! So a lot of women on his agenda.

But I can tell you.. your question isn’t really constructive for your situation. Like if you know a man with this particular constellation, it doesn’t mean that it will play out the same way. It also depends on your own chart and your composite or davison chart. Also his Asc would have a major influence in what he’s looking for, in a partner..

eg My Cancer man’s Asc is in Gemini, his Dsc in Sagittarius! That would explain his approach to relationships through friendship, and also his ability to remain friends after the relationship ends.
His type of woman: sometimes tomboy-ish, sometimes girly.. but always small boobs and a slim body

All I can say is you're not only dating this guy, you're also dating his family. He even lived with his sister owning her a her own home because of that strange bond towards among them. Sometimes I felt his girlfriend was his sister and not me, and our breakup had something to see with this issue.

We had a lot of plans for summer but he decided to go on holidays with his sister instead, I told him about that and when he returned back he decided not to speak to me the day I went to wave him after his trip. So I decided not to speak to him anymore and I broke the relationship. I'm afraid of his sister spoke with him or he had a conversation with her about me being angry because he did not want to go on holidays with me but he did it with his sister.

The sister issue was so huge that he never took me to his house because the sister was always in there. I went only once, because the sister wasn't. Honestly, I don't want a sister messing aroung if I want some intimacy, she had her own house!!!. Finally the sister's boyfriend broke up with her because this strange relationship and bond with her brother, and that increased the bond, she had more time now to spend with her dear bro.

My Sun in Sadge and my Aqua AC give me a strong and independent nature to stand with a Venus Cancer guy literally married to his family specially his sister. Cancer is a sign I don't deal well with, but it's in my 5th house North Node, so maybe this guy was a lesson to learn to me in some kind of way.
