Does a planet transiting a progressed house bring about tangible real-world events? Transit Jupiter just began transiting my progressed 5th house and I'm praying I'll see more of that 5th house love than I did when transit Jupiter transited my natal 5th this past year. Transit Jupiter in my natal 5th this past 2017-2018 year brought me more of that typical 5th house creative energy but didn't at all bring me more of that typical 5th house fun and romance . I don't know if it's because Saturn began transiting my natal 7th house last December or what, but transit Jupiter in my natal 5th wasn't what I was hoping for in terms of love. Transit Jupiter just entered my progressed 5th house and I was wondering and hoping if love might now be on the table for me.

Transit Uranus is also exactly trine my progressed moon currently while transit Uranus is conjunct my natal sun and I've heard these two transits are sometimes conducive for unexpectedly meeting someone...

I don't think it matters. There are periods of time where you're better off not looking for a romantic partner, but in most cases, you can find one at any time. You can also use your best judgment to determine if things are going on in your life that would complicate a relationship. In general, you're more likely to find love if you're socializing with people and taking the time to connect with other people. Falling in love usually takes time.
