What could be the signs for this radical transformation in the natal chart? Or to do with transits? For an example I feel that it's becoming harder and harder for me to be a part of the overall society, and the longing to break free and live a slightly radical life in an alternative community where I just live completely in balance with nature, becomes larger for everyday.

Becoming more alternative and 'radical transformation' are two different descriptions pointing to Uranus and Pluto respectively (or the latter with Uranus + Pluto).However, what you've described fits Uranus (especially in hard aspect), and it is very probably you are undergoing some kind of strong Uranus transit. Most often the aspects (natal or transit) that make us feel like breaking free are oppositions or squares involving Uranus. Conjunctions typically urge our distinctions of identity to become more prominent, to stand out, but with greater social or cosmic integration of our energies and activities -- connection. When there is an urge for disconnection from larger society in order to get greater connection and support from a small group that feels more manageable or healthy, look for hard Uranus aspects to Moon, possibly occurring with Saturn aspects/transits. ------------------

I will not call myself Radical but I'm little different than common people.
I wanted to become something or someone but destiny made me something that I never expected. I have Uranus opposite Asc.
Uranus Trine Sun.
Neptune Inconjunct Sun.
Neptune Opposite Moon and Venus.
Pluto Bi-Quintile Asc etc. ------------------
