I just discovered that Chinese astrology have birth charts. Did you guys know this? I had no idea! So I looked up mine on this website. It’s interesting. Im not exactly sure how to read it just yet, but just to give an idea I can sort of give the westerm sign equivalent to the Chinese signs. They go by hour, day, month, and year. So you have a different sign for the day, month, year, and hour you were born. Aries Dragon Taurus Snake Gemini Horse Cancer Goat Leo Monkey Virgo Rooster Libra Dog Scorpio Pig Sagittarius Rat Capricorn Ox Aquarius Tiger Pisces Rabbit Ironically my month and hour are the Western sign equivalent to Pisces, which is my Sun sign. My day sign is the equivalent to Cancer and year sign equivalent to Capricorn 😂 It says your day sign is “you” so I think Im a sheep? Western equivalent to a Cancer. Interesting because I have no Cancer in my chart. This ones mine What do you guys think of yours? Is it similar to your natal chart? Here’s the website https://www.chinesefortunecalendar.com ------------------ I appreciate the masterpiece that is you, because your existence alone is art IP: Logged |

This is the five elements chart and the whole idea is to seek a balance of all five elements. I'm a "wood" person who needs more "water" and "fire" to balance my chart. So if I'm with a person who has the elements I need, I'll feel happier as that person helps and supports me. IP: Logged |

Hour: Earth Pig Day: Metal Snake Month: Wood Snake Year: Water MonkeyI'm not sure if Chinese astrology is similar to my Western astrology chart. Personally, I don't mix the two and consider them unrelated to each other for the most part. IP: Logged |

I don't believe much of this but anyway the easiest to "balance" is to often wear colours of the elements you lack, e.g. Brown/green for wood, red/pink/orange for fire, silver/gold for metal, etc. It could also be the colour of your car, wall colour of your house/bedroom etc. Also if you hang out with people who have lotsa the elements you need, you will find the 2 of you gel better. The opposite can also be said. E.g. I'm a wood person with too much metal. My mom is a metal person with lotsa metal, so I often feel stressed by her. My bestie is a heavy water person so I always feel comforted with her like she is my source of strength. Also the guy I'm seeing now is a wood person so it might explain why we feel so comfy together (same element). But he has very little wood while I have lots so I've always been some help to him (taking care of him..advising him..etc). He has also said I brought him luck. IP: Logged |
