Something to do with the 9th or 11th house for your MC. Or Sagittarius and Aquarius.

Pisces and 12th house can also show pursuing worldly careers but I think they can also lean more towards being homebodies and not keep up with the momentum of an international career.

A friend of mine, travelled the world with her work, around Australia, Europe and America. She has Sun in 9H squaring Neptune in her 11H.
