Why would you think he is pisces or sagittarius rising? My first impression on him was "serious", my counsin say that too. And he is a person with high achievements,both in education and work. My guess is between capricorn or virgo

Can you say his full chart placements? Does he have Libra and Scorpio somewhere? I see those signs too, but I also see Pisces and Sagittarius which is why I thought one of those was the ascendant. Perhaps Pisces ACS with Sag MC or Cap ASC with Scorpio MC.

If his ascendant is capricorn, then his moon would be in scorpio and probably in 9th house close to mc, and then it will make his cancer venus in 7th house. His venus is also make an aspect to neptune, maybe that's why you see pisces presence in him too haha

Could he have moon in Libra with Virgo rising? would that work? Let me know...

If so his chart ruler Mercury in virgo might conjunct his AC and he likes to wear glasses it seems when he could very well wear contacts but is part of his look/identity so perhaps an AC thing in his case...

If his ascendant is virgo or libra then his moon would be in libra. You might be right about him having virgo ascendant.he has this serious and reserved aura. That's why my guess is between virgo or capricorn
