Looking to relocate to Atlanta, GA.

According to https://astromark.us/FREEelineState.pdf.

This site claims Atlanta's Sun is in Capricorn and Moon in Aquarius.

Do we believe in this theory- and which planet is best to follow Sun/Moon for career aspects?

Yes, I believe astrocartography is very real! I've been living in my Saturn zone for my whole life, and once I found that out it all has made sense and come together. I'm lonely, depressed, tired, and anxious here day in and day out for no reason. But by the end of the year I'm moving to Vegas where my Jupiter line passes through. That list is correct from what I can see. But a different website says that whatever a cities/states/countries sign is, (sun sign) that whatever planet you have in that sign prioritizes itself when you go there

So I would check that website out and astro.com's AstroClick Travel out too. http://www.astro.com/cgi/aclch.cgi?btyp=acm

Career success and achievements would be the Sun and Jupiter. So if you have Sun or Jupiter in Capricorn and they don't have more harsh aspects than good ones, I'd go for it and move to Atlanta.
