Mars adds heat. I keep saying this. Pluto adds heat too but Pluto needs momentum to get going.This "catching feelings" stuff is also likely with Moon/Mars. As its easy for either of these people to confuse the HEAT in their heart with meaning that there is HEAT between the two of you.
But here is the other thing; barring aspect to the contrary i.e Pluto/Neptune. The feelings are "easy come, easy go". Even more so when Uranus is involved.
If you wish to retain them(Venus or Moon aspect to Mars), you must keep on bringing the HEAT to their heart.
If the Venus/Mars or Moon/Mars guy has Pluto involved however, they may resist the one night stand. More aware that they may catch " feelings ".
The longer you have sex with Pluto, the deeper the fire burns. With Mars, it's a camp fire that if not tended to, burns out.
With Pluto, its lava! Thick dollops of intense and smouldering fire that will turn you to ash just by being near.
