Hello. I've been conscious of how my chart is set up but it just kinda hit me I'm in my Saturn return, with Pluto and Saturn getting ready to hit my asc next year. So I have:

Saturn in Cap
Conj asc
1st and 12th house cusps in Cap
pluto conj mc.

Saturn and pluto are in my 12th right now. with pluto conjunct my mc it'll be like 2 saturns hitting my asc at the same time. physically it feels like the ceiling is falling on my head periodically as well as pressure against my pineal and in the area behind my right eye. Anyone else with Saturn conjunct asc having any physical sensations?

The ASC is a 'body point' yes.
And.
The symptoms you describe sound like migraine?
(Maybe go see a doctor about your symptoms?)

Saturn on the ASC (from what I've read) would bring on cold or flu symptoms.
Be a time of needing dental work.
If you're prone to arthritis, could exacerbate those symptoms for a time period.

Capricorn on the ASC is supposed to have a positive influence, giving a more hardy resilience to the body against diseases.
(Except, some had been sick during their early-childhood; problems with health.)

With Pluto??
I was going through concurrent midlife transits. I couldn't isolate the effect of Pluto.

The ASC can also be a 'relocation' transit, if you had been looking forward to that.

Have a friend who went through Pluto on Asc. It exacerbated his health issues. But he is mending now.

It forced him to give up smoking and drinking cold turkey. He was very heavy with both.

Hello

I currently have the same locations and transit as you.

I have my natal Saturn in Capricorn / ASC same degrees. then I will have

Saturn Return
Saturn Conj ASC
Pluto Conj ASC
Pluto Conj Saturn natal.

Finally, since saturn I enter Cap (XII) and Pluto / Saturn, I found a need to know my mind how it works and I am in a spiritual awakening.

I think that this transit (including pluto) is about being reborn, knowing the mind to start from 0 and a new cycle.

I am saturn and pluto dominant with good aspects and locations, I think it has to be positive.

With respect to Saturn in the ASC it is true that it gives resistance, I am 28 years old and I have been a very healthy person all my life, the only problem was when I was born, I was born with asphyxia.

In short, these transits awoke my conscience, now I am in presence at all times.

Sorry for my bad english.

imagine I wouldn't say a migraine its not painful but I am very keen to the sensations of my body. almost like my center of gravity is being shifted if that makes sense. not really losing balance but where to find balance biologically shifts. Saturn is 1 degree in the 12th sry I didn't mention. as a child I had what they called migraines but what I experience was more of vertigo with vomiting. there wasn't really any pressure or aching. there was dizziness similar to being in a trance.

I could count on my hands many times ive had the flu though with pluto transiting id imagine that may change for the next 3 to 5 years. other than having continuous congestion I got strep throat around the time I lost my job in 3 years ago that's about it.

do you have Aries on your IC?

many folks with Aries IC suffer from migraine.
migraine can come in shifting forms.
sometimes it 'is' a weirdness. they can be accompanied by pain {or not at all}, or sometimes just a packed-congested sense in the head like your skull is on too tight (or the gut, even)?

can be a sense behind one eye, like a pencil got jammed in from the top of the head to just inches behind the eyeball

but I hear you...
I can sense the more metaphysical meaning.

Saturn going through your 12th is an interesting experience. It kind of shuts some things down and begins to rebuild your life when its in the 1st.

I radically love the supernatural, and metaphysical realms VERY much. Big fan. I love spending time contemplating that.

And, it's equally important that you to watch your health as-well, and get yourself checked-out by a doctor to make sure other {inadvertent} 'biologically'-based things aren't pressing on areas, causing symptoms in your body.

A stitch promptly taken care of in-time, saves nine?

that pencil behind the eye. i couldn't say it better. i was thinking it was a nerve or blood vessel or something. It causes my eye to twitch and for a while i was walking around with it closed.

I've spent thousands at the doctors to come bak with nothing. i got a cat scan after a car accident 6 years ago and had been going the whole following year. its crazy but not crazy people would urge me to do things i was already doing. Like eating right. I went vegan for about a year then after my mother would fuss about me not eating vegatables… im like, the veggies they sell aren't real anyway u probably havnt heard of the ones i eat, and when i eat em, i don't eat chicken, or pork, or beef, or fish, or bread, or cheese, and i only drink water.. for months at a time. after awhile it got exhausting i had to eat a regular diet i was so tired.

the eye symptom is classic for migraine
(cluster migraine)

migraine can be triggered by foods you eat-- especially the "health" foods
(NOT kidding!!! some healthy foods can make you feel really sick.)

foods high in "histamines" can also trigger headaches in some people.
Look up lists of those.

*~ You can be sensitive to
fish (like tuna and flounder)
soy (like soymilk, tofu!!! yes)
cottage cheese, buttermilk, some greek-style yogurts
nuts!!

legumes (red beans, lima beans, etc)
assortment of grains (e.g. barley?? your beer?? oh noooo)
the red wines (but white is okay)
green and black teas

Look up lists for migraine food-triggers.
Start eliminating, and adding.
Experiment with your food choices.

Try to remember how you felt during those different times in your life when you were eating various veggy diets.

So sorry to hear about your accident too, and "having suffered-much of many physicians!" ..
Your brain was percussed (bruised?)

Did you ever try engaging a Healer who can try laying Healing hands on your head and soaking those energies (between hands) into your head?

Saturn relates to constrictions, obstructions and in relation to the Ascendant (or 6th house) can relate to health issues, not necessarily the specific issue you are describing.

I suggest you look into homeopathy for specific remedy that matches your constitutional conditions. Health is about balance and meeting the needs of your body and not necessarily about doing what you think is right in a more abstract sense.

And mirage29 is right. There can be food triggers for migraines and similar headaches. I had to let go of chocolate and caffeine almost entirely and let go of alcohol completely to stop having migraines. Those are the first things recommended to reduce and eliminate when there are these patterns.

Saturn may or may not be related to this physical sensation, and may be irrelevant to finding resolution.
