They say Mars in Cancer people are turned on by the idea of procreation. To those of you who have it, do you relate to this statement? Do any of you actually dislike (or despise) children and have no desire to ever start a family?In my case, being turned on by the idea of making a baby is one of the very few Cancer Mars characteristics I relate to. Aside from that, Mars in Aries is all me.

I have Mars in Cancer but have no wish to start a family... nor do I really appreciate children. I am also asexual and aromantic though, so I think my disinterest in family and children is related to that. (Thankfully so... it would be rather difficult to combine a desire for family and children with not wanting sex or romance.) IP: Logged |

Aquarius is on my 5th house cusp. 5th house is empty (apart from, oddly enough, Juno). Uranus is in Sagittarius in the 3rd.

I've got Mars in Cancer and I domt care much for children tbh. I may want some layer jut no, I dont get turned on by the idea of having or making kids, I think that's pretty weird. Idk. Maybe it's all the Uranus and Saturn in my chart. And Aqua moon. IP: Logged |

I think i'm the only male on the forums with Cancer mars. But yes the thought of conception is a turn on.As per having kids, I currently do not have any if it does happen..only 1 that way the 1 child gets the proper amount of attention. I think there are too many neglected kids that don't get enough attention or the only people having kids anymore are the people who shouldn't have kids in the first place..watch Maury Povich. Not planning on having any kids right now, my sister has three kids and two of them have similar placements as me...so there almost little "mini-me"'s of me. There both clever and get bored easily. So I can "rent" them for the weekend then send them back if they become troublesome. Being an aunt or uncle offers the best level of flexibility with children!!. My Planets

I can see how having Saturn aspects and Moon in Aquarius could make you feel this way. I have Moon in Aquarius Saturn and Pluto on my Moon. Then Uranus on my Venus I wonder how I would be as a mother. Being as though I can really be detached. It's like would I actually feel love for the child? Would I be able to connect emotionally with him or her? Would I be able to put him or her before myself? Those are some of the things that worry me in regards to being a parent. IP: Logged |
