i have last hit mid-february 2019, so it's been 2 years that i have this transit with 2 previous hit. I didn't have any relationship and i was really too guarded by the way dreading this transit. But, i am more touched with this transit when i think who i am, who i have becomed, especially physically, i see my face very old and even with a diet, sports and some workout i have hard times to keep a good body shape.

For the last hit of neptune in opposition to my ascendant i have saturn making a trine to my ascendant in cappy. It supports me by feeling more calm facing any stress.

So i will say that neptune transit showed my narcissist illusion about myself, on a physical level and about my social profile.

it's like also my anti-aging process diet doesn't work to keep a good shape and look and aging is just there when looking in the mirror, any stress is manifesting psychosomatically at this time.

So try this: any time you are very happy and gratefull of everything in your life,look in the mirror. What will reflect back to you is positivity,beauty,happiness etc.

However when NOT feeling good. You look in the mirror and guess what you see?The feelings associated with not feeling good; depressed,sad,hopeless,unattractive etc.

So i will tell you that as a changeable Neptune on Sun aspect person myself,I change my mind about how my body looks at least 100 times a day.

Therefore the Neptune in aspect to the Asc would make ones mental outlook "changeable": Mood swings would affect thoughts.

And there might be fears or an occupation with how "deformed"the body looks or is starting to look etc. As Neptune warps and bends the mind.

Ofcourse its all mental. But because the patterns of thoughts are recurring, it starts to feel real. Especially when you are all by your lonesome

And though Saturn may bring you "down to earth", Saturn's perspective goes to the other extreme and does not flatter you either.

The best thing to do is to think it all an illusion. Anytime you feel "ugly"and "undeserving" and see yourself as anything but beautiful. Take it to mean that Neptune's cloak is on your outlook. Dont look too deeply in the mirror. Stay away!!!
