Would Moon Square Pluto just under 10 degrees have any effect in a natal chart?

It would at age 10. That's when the aspect becomes exact. So the effect would happen at that age.

That's too wide in my opinion for even a Lunar aspect since it is to Pluto. Orbs need to be tighter for Pluto than for all the other planets. I'd say 8-9° Max.
