Not at all. My brothers have this aspect and so do a few of my male friends. None of them have cheated. They are extremely loyal to their wife. I found it interesting that all of them had very innocent bachelor parties (i.e. went bowling, ate at a nice restaurant, etc). They genuinely had zero interest in going to strip clubs or Hooters. I actually have yet to come across a single male with this aspect who has cheated. I have this aspect (I'm female) and I have never cheated. I fully believe that the moment you start having doubts about a relationship, you should either: {1) inform your significant others and work on repairing the relationship or (2) break up. Cheating is pathetic if you are past 22 (i,.e. traditional college age). I would expect someone past their early 20s to develop impulse control and resist the urge to kiss or have sex with someone just because they find this person to be physically attractive IP: Logged |

I think it also depends on the nature of the two planets involved.I lived with a Moon-Venus opposition guy. And he changed his partners like underwear. His Moon is in Aries(Mars-ruled) and Venus in its own sign in Libra. So it had Mars-Venus attributes underneath I believe Typically speaking,Moon/Venus aspects tends to make the native very sensitized to amicable(Venus) interpersonal relations(Moon). To put it mildly, they are very sensitive to conflict or avoid bottle neck situations where there could be a chance of disharmony. Also likely is an inherent talent for aesthetics i.e knowing how to create a beautiful environment around them. And knowing which colours to harmonize with which etc. With all this in mind i.e harmonizing etc. cheating is not likely something they set out to do per se. But there is a heightened sensitivity to when things in the relationship are not "picture perfect". As such, because of a desire to restore"order" within. They can be persuaded to look "externally" for balance. Especially the trine or conjunction. But i think the square and opposition provides inner conflict and fussing too much,over-apologizing, making extreme concessions or trying too hard to get along with the mate or seduce someone(especially if Aries is in the mix) Maybe there could be ambivalence due to hard aspects between wants (Ven) and needs(Moon) i.e prioritizing things that give short term pleasure beyond those that are less instantly gratifying but have long-term benefits etc.

i have the opposition on my ascendant/descendant and nodes (libra venus conjunct ascendant with my south node and an aries moon conjunct descendant with my north node) i've never cheated, everything i've done with someone else my fiancee knew about beforehand and was ok with (open relationship) i wouldnt go for a monogamous relationship, but that's different than cheating and i'm upfront to avoid that kind of thing edit: they're also both square my cap mars, and venus and my moon are part of a kite with uranus and mercury so there's more going on with them than just the opposition but still... We've quite similar aspects. SN/Asc opposite my NN/Dsc. Moon opposite Venus, both square Mars but they don't conjunct the Nodes. What is a knife formation? Btw what aspects make one don't enjoy monogamous relationships?

You have Jupiter in 5th house and it squares Uranus. Jupiter in 5th can give someone a very relaxed approach to relationships and sex. The square to Uranus will make you a non-traditionalist. Your 5th cusp also in Uranus + your Uranus aspects... all these add up probably explains your approach to sex and relationships...
