I don't think he is.
He is very repulsive to me, which means his ASC probably squares or inconjuncts mine. Could be Gemini or Saggy, even a Virgo Rising with that hairless face, a mercurial energy.

Hahaha that's the reason I picked Sag too.
He looks very similar yo a guy I find repulsive in a similar way. I agree that it could be Gemini too but not Virgo.

My first choice is Sag though
