Which sign is the one that most hates plastic surgeries?

I know there are people who seem to love plastic surgeries. I sense that they must have strong Libra placements. (or maybe I'm wrong)

But which sign would be the most likely to never want any type of plastic surgery?

Ahhh me!! My appearance keeps changing tho, this or that way, don't even need plastic surgery!! But, ya I would never go for plastic surgery, I dunno what's responsible for it really.

Yeah im thinikng some 6th house virgo and libra placements.
