I wish you had never had posted a pic of yourself.York University is one of the 4 universities I rotate and take courses at 2 being in Toronto (Ryerson)...the other two are outside of Toronto. I whould laugh if I had been at York Lanes walked by you and never realized that you were Leo-Cancer98. My Planets

You can't really tell from a photo. It's their whole mannerism.I'm surrounded by 3 Leo rising - mom, brother & aunt. They ooze confidence as they engage people. They will greet you with a loud and confident voice. They even like to watch the TV/listen to music very loudly. I always ask if they are bad of hearing (lol). My mom is the least Leo-like even though she's also has Sun in Leo. I'm guessing it's her 1st house Mercury/Venus in Virgo that alters it and makes her a little more shy and softer in engaging. She has a loud voice when scolding me though. Haha.. Sag Mercury isn't dramatic IME. They're boisterous, funny, and often times, blunt. IP: Logged |

The photo isn't available anymore...But I still wanted to add my 2 cents in defense of Leo risings..😬 Well, as a Leo Rising with lots of Sag in the 5th-H, I wouldn't say that we tend to be loud and dramatic at all. I've noticed a lot of the louder Leos are on the more immature/unevolved end of the continuum because it's only by being so extra that people will pay attention to them. And they do love attention. But the more mature Leo Risings are actually rather laid back and quiet. Confident when speaking, yes. And the confidence is not a mask, which is so often ascribed to ascendents. It's just our natural default mode when speaking to people. Most Fire risings share this trait. And as for Aries, I'll take an Aries sun or rising over an Aries moon any day...I've had such terrible experiences with Aries moon tempers... IP: Logged |

My Mom’s 1st Decan Aries Moon trines Mars, and she has a 1st Decan Sagittarius Mars square Pluto by 3 degrees. I’m not even going to lie to you, I have had enough of her thoughtless blunt honesty, her ridiculous temper, and her education speeches.
