Hi,

I am trying to go back over a family death, and was wondering when Saturn was in Libra, and it Conjucted a natal moon in Libra, in a relatives chart. This relative is my mother and at the time, when Saturn was in Libra between 2009-2010 my grandmother passed very quickly in 4 months, 6 days before today( my uncles birthday).

My mom is a Aries Sun, Libra Moon, My uncle Jamie (his birthday is today) he is an Aquarius Sun, Libra moon and my uncle Jeffery is a Libra Sun, Mercury Libra,

What house would this affect in general.

That's a hard one. I'd say for you the mc but for your mother id say 10th or 4th. I mean what house does her moon rule?

Saturn is "time to grow up" or "assume responsibility" planet. So when on the Moon(emotions), it could be a time when one reserves their vulnerables in order to fully concentrate on the job at hand.

This transit can happen when one is elevated to a position at work where there is more responsibility, when one gets married, when one has a kid, when one starts a business or when one decides to go back to school etc.

Whatever is happening, it is clear that when Saturn sits on Moon, it is not a time for one to "fall apart". But a time to "gird your loins" & brace yourself for likely difficulties. Whether one is confident in overcoming them or not.

So yes a relative of significant sentimental value could be lost during that time or the relationship could be strained by something. Making it difficult to feel emotional support or feeling emotionally "cut off" or distant from them.

In the case of a loss(especially one as sudden as this one), grief could be restrained because of shock(Saturn also rules Aqua-the planet of shock).

The result could also be that Sat makes the individual dutiful in taking care of funeral arrangements and all the admin etc. That there is no time left over process the loss. So the grief is latent.

I would look at your Mom's 10th house(your Mom's Mom). The ruler ,progressions and interaction with the transit.
