Traditionally people look at the 9th house but some astrologers (I think those who practice Vedic?) check the 11th house instead. How about you? Btw, when I say "remarriage", it doesn't have to mean a legal marriage. It can also be to find another long-term committed partner whom you live with. A lot of my divorced friends do that. Marriage and one-to-one partnerships are always the 7th house. ------------------ "Drift like a cloud and flow like water, seeing that all life is a magnificent illusion, a playing of energy, and there is absolutely nothing fundamentally to be afraid of." -- Alan Watts Soul Stars Astrology by The Declinations Guy Expert Rectification IP: Logged |

in vedic it's about a balance of malefics and benefics not just the 7th housemars in certain houses (off the top of my head 2 and 4 because my fiancee and i both have this) can make someone manglik, but 2 people with those placements wont feel an effect from each other, being born on a tuesday can cancel it out, benefic venus can cancel it out so on etc ruler of the 7th house in the 6th etc rahu with venus or moon, rahu in 7th and a shitton of others these are just off the top of my head things cancel it out, things balance it keep in mind vedic is also based in indian culture and very traditional so multiple "marriages" could also just be multiple partnerships, could also indicate a separation then getting back with the same person etc and so on certain things like malefics in the 8th and 12th house if venus is aspected by certain planets in specific positions can indicate remarriage through death of a spouse and then you also have to look at the d9 chart (which is probably why you're thinking of the 9th house) for additional details IP: Logged |

I actually look at the 8th. Typically, the 7th house is what you're attracting in a mate and you see them as "the other half" and all of the same things we've heard about the 7th. The 8th house is where you're going to find more karma being worked out. The deeper, uglier things we keep hidden until we find someone that forces us to face it. If it's the 3rd marriage /partnership, I look to the 9th. But that's just my own theory. IP: Logged |

I'm not trying to predict remarriage. I'm asking which house to check for someone looking to remarry or seeking a new LT partner.I saw some people saying that their remarried partner has qualities highlighted by their 9th house. One astrologer said she checks the 11th house. Dumuzi, what is manglik?
Dons, that's a new theory I'm hearing. IP: Logged |

So the state of the 5th House isn't responsible for all aspects of romantic relationships? I've always thought the 7th House's role in romantic relationships only activates after engagement. https://www.indastro.com/house/5th-house.html https://www.indastro.com/house/7th-house.html IP: Logged |
