Knowing that she(?) has been involved in the court systems and legal problems, looking at her last SR, it's amazing to "see" it being reflected in that chart--

.. H12 is house of incarceration. Capricorn.. Authorities.
Saturn is also in-residence there at this time, along with Pluto.
{dealing with Powerful Authorities, and being disciplined, having to look at things piece by piece}

Aquarius has been known to be a sign associated with courts! Mars (action, intercepted) was 'taken' there at the time, according to SR year.

Libra (justice) on the H9 cusp (courts)
Jupiter in the 10th House .. again the house of dealing with authorities, police, public-attention.

Look at the SR Scorpio planets!
Mercury (mouthpiece) Jupiter (the law) H10 in the public arena!
Sun and Venus-retro in the higher-courts H9.. Venus rules Libra sign too. In SR retro, the matters are deeply being investigated.

I once had printed-out some Astrology and Court articles.
There was another LL Thread in astrology2.0 where I linked those for someone else here (a year or two ago) who was interested in outcomes of court matters.

OR, you can do your own computer-search using those keywords, and find a few articles written on it.

I remember LONG LONG ago, that The Mountain Astrologer had a Lawyer that had an interest in astrology, who wrote some legal court articles in that magazine.

This April, April 10th, JUPITER goes retrograde.
Sometimes a station-retrograde planet can be powerful.
Ceres is also going retro in Sag at 14+. Ceres in that 11th indicating Care by a group (H11).

How far INTO the trial is it?
Do they intend on completing it in April?

The week of June 13th is a very powerful time in the sky that week.

Again. Mostly, I was "just" going off the SR.
That 'week' I spoke of will involve her natal H9 (Courts) to Locality H3.

Natal.. tSaturn is in her 'home' H4.. {How are her parents taking to this???? .. oh my}
She is approaching her Saturn return in another few years.

I could look at these charts for HOURS!!
She has Chiron in her 5th near her Moon..
Does this involve children right now? OR, is 'she' actually still the young person involved with this issue?

I know this is a really bad thing for your 'person' to be experiencing all that, at such a young age themselves. It's affecting her life!

You are right on the money! She is being accused of defrauding her elderly uncle. I won't get into all the details, but she is not young. However, this whole thing started over a car that was left to her son by her deceased aunt. The uncle remarried (think an old geezer with an Anna Nicole Smith type of marriage) and the younger wife has convinced him to take back the car and monies she received. So he's lying and saying his niece (my friend) stole it.

April will be the first court appearance. The trial has not yet started.

A lot of money and investigation has gone toward this. She is working diligently to prove her innocence.
