Around this period, one could be feeling tense/irritable. One could be a bit of a maverick where Mood swings are prevalent and that is because the duo of Mars/Uranus can bypass the internalization process of feelings(Moon) by moving straight to action.

So acting(Mars) in the moment(Uranus) because of the urgency of your intuituon could result. I.e "strike while the iron is hot","now or never" etc. Are terms i would use for this transit.

Be careful of accidents around this time or aggressive reactions from people around you that seen to come out of nowhere(Uranus).They are responding to your sudden leaps and curves-which could be very unsettling and/or exciting for them(depending on the person concerned)

Either way however with this transit on you, indifference from those close to or even sometimes strangers is unlikely. As you want independence to do own thing and those who stand in your way(at work, in love,in the family) are likely to face passionate and destabilizing rebellion from you.

Its hard not to act on this energy as it comes more like an instinctive awareness of what action to take-no matter how "irrational" it may seem to onlookers. So its definitely "stepping out of your comfort zone".

With me,it manifested as leaving my employment. Uranus opposite Mars in Libra in 6th conjunct Dsc. So it affected relations(Dsc) at work(6th).

My abrupt leaving sort of unnerved people and caused them to think of leaving themselves. But it was not so shocking as to destabilize the work environment for a long time.

Interesting to hear about your sudden change in work and how that manifested!

Uranus/Mars conjunct is in my 9th house (education) and Taurus rules my 10th house(career).

I have been taking classes and workshops all over the place and cancelling just as fast. I have been learning a whole new way of being an actress.

Good thing Mars is moving away quickly but will transit my 10th along with Uranus. I expect a lot of twist and turns throughout my career over the next 6yrs or so!
