I've noticed something odd about lunar eclipse/full moon closely conjunct natal moon.

Has anyone else seen this as a trigger for expression of emotion?

Two years ago, on the night of the lunar eclipse in leo, my close friend drunk called me and told me he loved me. This was very out of character for a guy who's usually incredibly well contained.

The eclipse was conjunct his natal moon, within 1.5degrees, applying.

Other than it totally throwing me (ha!) I didn't think much to it and only realised quite recently it was at almost the exact time of the eclipse.

Moving to the present and the lunar eclipse of January 21 was conjunct my natal moon, under 2degrees, applying.

And since then, I have been pretty much in a battle with myself to tell people how I feel about them. To the extent that I'm having to delete texts that reveal too much and actively fight the urge.

I am not an outwardly emotional person at all and very rarely let people in, so it's a really bizarre feeling!

I've just seen that tomorrow's full moon is bang on top of my natal Jupiter, in my 7th house (and, incidentally also conjunct a special friend of mine's Valentine). It'll be interesting to see if I can keep a lid on these urges to share emotion through that!

So question: have you seen a link between full moons conjunct natal moons leading to a compulsive need to share emotions? Or is this just a wild coincidence?
