I have recently starting practising meditation as I have read so many good things about it! But today I realised that I have my 12th south node and 6th north node in Virgo.... is meditation more of a 6th house or 12th house? If I put this into my daily routine I assume it’s more 6th house? I don’t want to be digressing into 12th... I don’t like my 12th house in Scorpio as I have my ascendent Saturn and Pluto there too! Want to be as far away as I can from that energy! Any ideas and thoughts welcome!

The houses don't matter on this. You don't regress because you're meditating no matter what is in your birth chart. Getting peace of mind on a daily basis is a good discipline no matter who you are. You can see it as a 6th house matter of health discipline if you want.

Ahh thank you so much for your response, I’m really liking the attempt to quieten my mind so I want to keep practicing! Thanks again

i would imagine what you take away from meditation rather than the practice itself being what it affects if anything

it's good to meditate on more than just a spiritual level, that being said i wouldn't rule out any possibilities of you gaining spiritual insights through it

it sounds odd but there is a secular side to spiritual practices meditation included

edit: don't know if you've ever thought about "magic and spirituality" just being things science hasn't explained yet, rather than these esoteric unreachable concepts

there's order and ritual and routine and cycles etc that are all part of a lot of these concepts, they operate on laws and theories etc and so on

and meditation even has value backed by science

just like gravity existed prior to its "discovery" and math has existed along with music and vibration as natural "languages" whether or not people understand them this sort of thing has value regardless

as long as you put yourself into it you'll get something out of it
