Hi! So my 5th house cusp is in Virgo, and my 6th house cusp in in Scorpio. This means that Libra is entirely in my 5th house between the two signs. Does this mean that Libra and Virgo represent my 5th house? Or is Libra sort of forgotten about?

Hope my question makes sense, thank you!

Nope .. Libra is very much included as she stands in the middle of that 5th House.

Like sitting on the middle cushion of a long sofa/couch, involved in the picture, without elbow rests! ..

Does she have any planets in that zodiac sign?
Or, any planets in the 5th House?

Taurus Rising? or Gemini Ascendant?

Libra would be included but technically, it's intercepted. If a sign does not touch the beginning or end of a house it's considered intercepted, as are any planets in that sign. Intercepted signs and planets are usually harder for the chart holder to get a grasp on.

LeoAthene1138,

That's a house interception and it is a normal condition for many charts (using Placidus house system).

If your chart is accurate on the Asc, then what you describe means Mercury (by way of Virgo) is ruler of the 5th house. It's not that Libra is forgotten, but Virgo determines the ruler.
