Could Neptune in 6th create disorganisation or scattiness?

Is it more a "surrounding" fog in their daily work/routines -- meaning it is not really coming from the person themselves, but perhaps the person is stuck with miscommunication around them and colleagues/superiors being unclear ?

I have Neptune in the 6th and find I am disorganized/cluttered as well as being in disorganized external situations - especially now at my job. Someone on here just helped my realized that Neptune in the 6th also effects my coping day to day. There are times I detach, daydream & go into a fog. I think Neptune in the 6th can create this and other things as well being prominent in daily living. Especially being opposite the 12th house which Neptune rules.

Yes, yes and yes, i have this in the 6th conjunct uranus and square my moon. what i've noticed is actually a tendency for me to work in environments that are almost like cults.

Twice now my employers have been dysfunctional, non-management type artists or new age types, and they attract the weirdest employees, customers and situations.

I was a production assistant for artists only to find that my daily responsibilities had somehow morphed into caretaking for the elderly artist couple (one with serious dementia and not getting proper treatment). I have no nursing credentials and the activities frequently crossed the line into inappropriate territory.

Same with my current job, at a cafe of all places. They are health freaks to the extreme, I would swear they're actually centuries old vampires that subsist on juice instead of blood. But you have to meet them to understand just how weird they are, hugging you and saying thank you for everything you do, followed by juice drinking rituals that involve all the employees, coupled with their constant philosophical musings, and their regular customers who worship them. Makes for a very strange scene indeed, but I like it of course.

As for myself I'm extremely scattered, maybe even disorganized, but it all adds up to something, I'm sure. From the outside I'm sure to scare any levelheaded normie. But I know what I'm doing, and I can do it well if I want
I'm sure if I wasn't free to be an 'artist,' i'd be in deep sh*t by now

This could be health issues which are hard to identify.
