Would she be immediately depicted as 90% Venusian/Libra; since after our Ascendant, our Sun Sign is the 2nd most important factor of our Personality Trio ... and the conjunction is the strongest influential planetary aspect? Is it considered a harmonious or hard aspect?

My BFF has some Saturn influences too:
Capricorn Rising
Saturn in the 3rd House
Sun-Saturn opposition by an orb of 1'06.
2'59 Venus-Saturn opposition, but it also squares Neptune by 2 degrees.
Moon & Mercury in the 10th House

I have a friend who has Sun-Venus conjunct in Cancer. He has Libra Asc. So his Asc ruler(Venus) is conjunct his Sun.

So in his case,I see the Venus/Sun conjunction as being a very big part of his personality.

In your friend's case, the ruler is Saturn. And Saturn aspects Sun. But does it also aspect Venus? If so, the conjunction of Venus/Sun forms a part of the personality.

that being said sun sign doesn't necessarily play as big of a role in personality for some people as it does for others

i have a hard time relating to mine and people usually are surprised by it so it really depends

with saturn aspecting it and then being her chart ruler it probably has more of an effect than libra does

she's your friend though what does she seem like to you?
