Dunno why I'm not feeling Gemini. I'm a Gemini riser myself and... Not really feeling it in him.

What time does the Moon enter Virgo that day? And based on how you know him, does his Moon seem Leo or Virgo to you? I think you can really tell a difference between these two. Leo has a certain pride you can't miss while Virgo is much more humble.

Perhaps first look into the natures of both Moons and see which one resonates with him more. From there you'll have more directed AC options.

Venus in/on the AC, he certainly has a pleasant looking face...

Mercury in the 11th would give someone a 'quirky' talking style. Like they somehow communicate things in an off the wall way.

His fifth house ruler (self expression/performing arts) in his tenth would make him be known that way, especially in harmonious aspect to his second house ruler which I'd think music is about.

Virgo MC would make him be known as the perfectionistic sort. Would also make him the servant, hence his career in managing a millionaires mansion.
