Hi all!

what happens when Saturn returns but this Saturn is in Capricorn and to the same degree as the ASC.

That is Saturn returns and transits the ASC at the same time.

Saturn return is the first wave of growth. And it usually happens in the late 20's early 30's.

A number of things happen here that signify milestones in people's lives i.e marriage, first serious job, promotion, demotion, moving out of home, moving back to home etc.

In my case, it coincided with moving back home with my sister. A "down and out" time for me and one that I have not fully recovered from to date.

For you, since it coincides with the 1st house, I would look to health(either pbysical or mental) in as far as ones outlook is concerned.

My mate has Asc in Cap and Saturn is in Libra. The transit of Cap conj the Asc and squared his Saturn. His first Saturn return (transit Libra Saturn conjunct natal Libra Saturn) happened and he was still working a very demanding job.

The subsequent and previous square of the Saturn to his Asc however, surfaced health issues. And he is recovering from those.

Saturn narrows what it touches and when affecting the 1st house and/or Asc, its a "use it or lose it" transit as it hones in on the body & compartmentalizes the energy of the body and may conserve energy as well as outlook.

I like Saturn on my Mercury so far, its made my thinking process a lot neater. I sleep better and am less obsessive as when Pluto was on Mercury or the irritating Uranus.

Just be more careful when you exercise or doing anything that will involve exherting yourself physically. You may break something(Saturn rules bones).

I will have Saturn on my Asc soon by square. I am curious as to how that will go.

Thank you very much Aries!

What I have noticed lately is that I am being aware of my mind and body, so conscious that I am leaving aside some addictions like coca cola ... something that seemed impossible. I also have Pluto transiting those sides.

Another question:

Saturn and Pluto by transit oppose my house 7.

Is it possible that until these big planets leave the opposition to my H7 I will not enter into a relationship?

Well the dual transit of them in your 7th suggests that you are being very clear about what you want in a partner.

Cap Dsc often attract to them responsible mates who have a "long term focused" personality about them. Not necessarily the most sentimental or romantic per se. But very consistent.

So Saturn (especially) may clarify from a real time level(more than an unconscious one as Pluto often does) what you want from a partner.

If you find yourself avoiding running into certain people or talking to them on the phone etc. Saturn is saying "these people are not worth spending energy on".

But if you feel yourself feeling good spending time with an old friend or someone who has been with you for a while(especially spending money on them). Saturn is saying "keep this person around in your life".

Personally I see Saturn transiting the 7th as a time to build on the relationships that you already have or those that have felt secure for a while.

And so you can look around at your close knit friends or perhaps the employees you work with: Is there someone there that you may have ignored that (consistently) has been showing you that they care or are into you?

Saturn co- rules Aqua & the solar 11th(friendships or platonic associations). And so transits to the 7th, moves friendships closer to you "beyond" platonic status. So you may even develop feelings for a friend or an already close somebody now.

Pluto in 7th however does make for storms. So if there are disagreements with people(typically those close to you) it could be all out WAR.

You may find it difficult to accept that those close to you may not back you 100% all the time. And so being objective and walking away from a stand off is near IMPOSSIBLE.

There is a Chinese proverb that says " War does not determine who is right. It determines who is left".

I would add to this quote and saying that when Pluto /Saturn is in the 7th, the war is waged to destroy those who are "against" you(Pluto). Then you marry those who are left(Saturn)

Aries, thank you very much, it's a very good description!

if I'm not misinterpreting, is this description for pluto and saturn transiting the DSC?

I currently have pluto / saturn on the ASC, doing opp to the DSC.

A professional astrologer told me that he does not see a serious relationship until Saturn leaves my ASC.

I have no idea how I misread that. Even though i did interpet Saturn in 1st initially.Sorry. But that interpretation still stands for the 7th.

Pluto in 1st suggets a more intensely emotional outlook towards life. When you are truly focused on something, you see right through it. Through to its very core.

Pluto is powerful transiting the house that is ruled by its cousin(Mars). And so it may negate some of the negative repercussions of Saturn transiting there. Instead you may grow more powerful than pessimistic. But beware of the ego.

The reason that your astrologer probably thought that this is not the right time to have a relationship is because Pluto in 1st compounds the ego and has one become the type to not compromise(which relationships are built on)

So its not that you "can't" have one. But it does mean that it will not be easy for you to keep your extreme reactions in check or resist imposing your will on your partner.

Solution:get a mate wjth a vagina and who knows their story i.e a person who is not easily pushed around.

Saturn in 1st transit also there suggests that the above partner can also be able to withstand your hard shell.

Thanks again Aries. Everything makes sense.

I hope this is the beginning of an end, I have been lucky to have excellent health, family, friends and I have never missed anything but inwardly I think I never learned to enjoy things, I am Pluton and Saturn dominant 28 years ago that I have internal saturnine problems (low confidence, negativity, shyness, low self-esteem, coldness) and my little obsessions and addictions (pluto) as not being able to overcome an ex-girlfriend of years, addiction to sex etc.

I think its a very good period to find who you really are,to realise which are your personal values and stick to them.Once you do that ,your self respect will grow.Transit jupiter in your 12 adds to it.
