Yes, as Pisces was traditionally ruled by Jupiter before Neptune came into play. Pisces tends to have a very worldly outlook like Sagittarius, as well as being mutable and wanting to expand their horizons, Pisces picks up on everything around it and absorbs it, which also translates to Jupiter's "expansion". The type of knowledge that Pisces takes in though is much different compared to Sagittarius. IP: Logged |

Thank you for replying.Yes ,jupiter is the traditional ruler of pisces,but im trying to see the common traits between pisces and sagittarius.Maybe pisces represents the spiritual side of jupiter ,while sagittarius the happy go lucky side?Sagittarius seem as people who move forward while pisces hesitate too much and stuck often.IP: Logged |

I'm a pisces sun, venus, mercury, MC and NN. My Mars and jupiter are in the 12th house, and my Saturn is conjunct Neptune. I think I'm qualified to answer this question. Both Pisces and Sag are expansive abstract thinkers. The difference is that Sag tends to want to understand and experience the MATERIAL world, whereas Pisces seeks to understand and experience the SPIRITUAL world. Both Pisces and Sag will enjoy traveling, but for slightly different reasons. For Pisces, it's about enriching the soul, similar to walking through nature and feeling refreshed. Sag will enjoy travel in order to learn about new cultures and experience new things. IP: Logged |

It is no coincidence that the Age of Pisces is the of religion. As stated: religion, beliefs, and faith are Jupiter 's domain.

Yes, characteristics like Jupiter-Rx. They vary widely depending on the individual chart and how many planets the person has in Pisces.------------------

Pisces doesn't hesitate or get stuck but they can be somewhat clueless about the direction they want to go and therefore tend to drift. They can be very much go with the flow type of people. IP: Logged |

I have sun and Venus in Pisces in the 9th house so I understand the Piscean as well as the Sag side. I love to expand my horizon in every single way: spiritually, mentally, emotionally. I love to travel and learn about new cultures, new ways of thinking, new languages. I lived and studied in different countries and I've been with men from different cultural backgrounds (Venus in 9th). I feel at home almost everywhere I go. Thank you for your replies.I have moon ,mars in pisces ,neptune in 12 ,and moon square neptune.Sagittarius asc,north node in sagittarius and jupiter conjuct ic making aspecting pluto and mc.In my chart the closest aspect is trine between neptune and jupiter ,which i think connects these ,lets say,energies.Soemhow i can get that pisces and sagittarius are 2 sides of same coin.Forvexample,sagittarius makes me want ,when i have the chance to travel,to be around locals ,go pray in their temples ,and avoid touristic places ,so to understand their way of living at first hand,while with pisces im very interested to watch documentaries or read about their religion ,which can also make me undertsand them in a different way,more distanced but still essential.With few words i mean that sagittarius seems to wanna live the experience while pisces not necessarily live it ,but feel it ,even with other means.Hope im clear.IP: Logged |

Mmhh I would attribute the "learning about the experience" through watching documentaries or reading to Gemini more than Pisces. Pisces is very much a sign that wants to experience stuff as well.
It also will mingle with the locals and go see their temples but it will experience these things in a different way than Sagittarius. I guess Pisces would experience it on a more emotional/spiritual level.
Also, Pisces usually doesn't need as much input from the outside. Like, I can totally dive into my imaginative world that I have created inside of me and have interesting sensations, realisations, ideas and emotions. I can travel and take in the new sights and experiences but I don't need that in order to feel connected to the world.
