I'm trying to finish smoking, and in my mind it's as if I've already done it. I have mentalized and I really feel that I have quit smoking.
And I feel the drug withdrawal syndrome (sadness, anxiety, nervousness, anxiety, existential emptiness, etc ...)

The really funny thing is that I'm still smoking, but I feel the withdrawal syndrome because I've mentalized about quitting.

in vedic jyeshtha (scorpio) nakshatra is supposed to be good at manifesting **** though

it's easier to quit things cold turkey than drag it out you know, other good way to quit things is using psychedelics

one of the times i quit smoking (i ****** it up binge drinking and using cocaine, friend with benefits had cigarettes) was after an lsd trip and it was odd since there were no cravings and i didnt notice withdrawal

i just found it disgusting during the trip and didnt want anything to do with it after

i've had good results from shrooms about dropping things too
