Since Pluto started in the sign of my IC in Capricorn in 2009 my whole world change. But get this my IC starts at 14 degrees. So Pluto was going through my 3rd but in 2009 my life completely change. So I was wondering when Pluto enters the sign of the house does it impact it even if it's in another house? Because, it did to me during Pluto in Sag in the 3rd everything textbook about it happen but in 2009 Pluto still in 3rd house but in Capricorn my home life completely change and as it cross my IC in 2015 it's been the same. Now, in 2024 it will change to Aquarius the sign 5th house rules but still in 4th house will 5th house things change completely like it did with 3rd and 4th and what can I expect? Pluto through 4th house has been brutal the worst pain imaginable I hope no one goes through Pluto through 4th house.

How did it change? Mine has been horrible and I desperately want to move but it's like I'm stuck here at home with my dysfunctional family and nothing I do or say changes anything about my home life. Pluto transits for me always affect me the most then any other planet.

Mine is transiting the Ic but it opposes the Moon(ruler of the Ic).

Emotional honesty and authenticity is the code word here. Even if it means not being "liked" by others.

Being bare naked and open with feelings and emotions. The time for running and hiding away from hurt is over. All hurt or pain is amplified. You have to let it out.

The home or sense of "belonging" changes. Either you loose a feeling of connectedness to things of old (ancestral home) or you literally are displaced and can't undo whats taken place(home eviction).

Family divisions due to strong egos and clashes. Differing ways of seeing the families progression outlines cracks and thereby divisions i.e siblings nlt talking to Mom/Dad or moving far away.

Pluto is the pattern breaker(as I said in another thread). And so it tends to shake things up and much is lost forever(perhaps). But a new "earth" is formed too.

Family secrets can come out or certain skeletons in the closet will be outed. All for the world to see.

my family life has always been horrible, though i suppose im hitting a point where i'm realizing just how much i need to cut them out (currently can't) and some of the levels of abuse that were there that i never really thought about

i was talking to my fiancee not that long ago and her and i met when we were a lot younger so we both knew our families were **** , but i told her about some things and she told me "that's torture you know" and i told her i never really thought about it and yeah... things of that nature

but i wouldnt say it was anything bad or particularly painful all things considered, i mean i've definitely had way worse **** happen in my life just feels like forward movement

i have saturn on my ic now, not exact but getting there, it being exactly square my moon, descendant, and venus wasnt bad (same with pluto) i imagine the ic will just be more of this same pattern of recognition and practical work to make **** not what it is

edit: idk im not particularly broken up about it maybe as time goes on something will change but im so used to things being fairly ****** that it's pretty whatever

i've been through my childhood, abuse outside and in the home, heroin addiction, a shitload of weird/bad living situations, been near bedbound with health issues, been basically housebound with them, all kinds of heart ache, watched my grandparents deteriorate from dementia (and i loved my grandfather he was one of the few people i was close to in my family), other assorted trauma etc and so on

im near zen levels of ****** up really

I cut ties with my father and family and changed so much that I don't recognize my self and I'm digging deep into me and my childhood to see who I am really am because with IC in Capricorn I never had a childhood or felt love from my family and it was cold and restricted something a child should never experience. Also does this mean I'm due to move because I've been living in the same place for the last 14 years and I really want to move faraway from everyone and everything I know to start new.

i feel pretty due to move myself, working on that

cap ic is a ***** though yeah lol my family wasn't entirely cold, there were moments that werent but all of it was twisted with abuse and **** like that and there was a definite stress on not being allowed to have feelings

restrictive too yeah, and i never was one to just fall in line which had its own price

ive been doing some internal work too, lot of digging but thats all positive really

id honestly like to be in another country able to go no contact though i feel like that would be healthier, which is where you seem to be at too

i dont typically interact with them but far more than id like

I have Pluto in my 4th House natally and I had it transiting my 4th house for pretty much my whole life up until a few years ago when it finally moved into the 5th House.

This is to say I am used of this energy. Honestly Saturn in the 4th house transit was WAYYYYY WORST FOR ME.

Pluto moves much slower than Saturn, so the effects take a long time to build up. You got to work on your mind and get your mind mentally healthy and strong enough to want to change your home life and your family situation. Pluto gives you time to make these changes, so that is the benefit.

If that means working extra hard and saving enough money to move out. IF that means therapy, etc.

This is a great time to transform yourself and situation. You just have to have faith, trust in the process and STAY AWAKE.

What has happened with your transit Pluto in 4th house and now your 5th house? I'm 23 and almost 24 and never been in a relationship due to been housebound with social anxiety and depression. That's why I say I'm stuck were I live right now with no one to help me. My family is a mess and it's been 10 years that I've been this way. With whole house system in 2009 my life did fall apart when Pluto transit started in 4th house. Late Virgo rising and Libra rising are going through this I'm Libra rising BTW.

Sometimes it can by declination transit -- parallel natal IC. However, in your case, because Pluto was in the range of 0-3° Capricorn in 2009 and its declination hovering around 18° it likely points to a discrepancy between your correct Asc and the one your chart shows. This is not uncommon.

However, it depends on whether Pluto was in major transit (including parallel or contra-parallel of declination) to natal Moon or square Asc, etc.

My natal moon is 29 Aquarius. I feel my ASC degree is correct as every position I have I completely feel it. Also when Pluto touch my IC at 14 exact 2 life changing things did happen to my mom and brother and change me completely. If I was born earlier they wouldn't fit me but with the current time it does. My NN in Scorpio is rule by Pluto so I feel Pluto transits more than any other planets. My time of birth is in a birth certificate that is filled in the delivery room and it's at 2:42 PM very specific.

Honestly I can only tell you about Pluto in the 4th House transit in retrospect/not as clearly because it's been transiting my 4th house pretty much all my life (up until a few years ago) and I actually have Pluto in the 4th House natally. So honestly I can't tell you that much because I only realized that Pluto was in 4th House transit close to the end of that transit. I was a child for most of it and I again I have Pluto in the 4th House natally.

I would say to pay attention, aka WAKE UP, protect and take care of yourself MENTALLY/PHYSICALLY/FINANCIALLY.

You are also entering your Jupiter Return Year at the age of 24 soon, so you need to create opportunity for yourself. You have to find a way to help yourself. No one is here to save you. IF you can afford it, get some therapy. Save up. Get out of your situation. Go after your dreams. Cliche but so true.

I've been doing a lot of soul searching and ended toxic relationships left and right starting with my father and with my family on both sides. I don't want someone to save me I just want to have a friend that understands me I've never had any of that and we humans are social creatures and we need social interaction but I'm to paralyze with fear but I've done a lot of work with myself and I'm less fearful. Also what does Jupiter return mean mines in the 2nd house in Sagittarius and rules my 3rd house.

I did go through 4th house pluto as a child during 1998 when it was through sagg until it reached capricorn 20 degrees, yeah a loong time...

What happened to me was: 1998 when transit pluto was conjunct my IC exactly, my brothers were born (they are plutonic aswell as I am, but I'm super plutonic compared with them).

Then year 2000 I moved away to an other country without my family for years. Saturn was transit my 9th at that time. Well, those are the most significant changes in my life. Planetory transits are just a form of map reading . The planet itself does not cause the problems.. in my belief

Hang on tight those of you who have a rough time! I hope it will ease up soon

My transit is in Capricorn and I feel it's much harder because its such a cold sign. Anyway home life just keeps getting worse and intense. Hopefully there's light at the end. What did you learn from this transit?

Since my houses are intercepted, my 4th is half sagg half cap. I have had pluto in my 4th both when it was in sagg and now when its in cap. It went into my fifth house last year I believe? I’m not sure.

What I learned? Well I just lived the life I was given so to speak Non of the autcomes were in my control. So the lesson would be, we are not in control generally, we have a ”free will” though. You can just chose your actions and reactions but the outcome is not in our control.

can`t remember "the" drastic change in my life in my teens, but for sure something happened, since it also opposed my sun when it cnj my IC.

I also have some outer Planets in my 4th and my NN, my Moon rules my Sun and the 4th rules my Moon
Impressive how the 4th house is a theme in my life!

Will this transit affect my whole family as well? this transit will end at age 37 in placidus system but at age 30 in whole system. I use both systems in transits because they have been very accurate in transits. I'm worried about my mother and grandmothers will they pass away because I've seen people with this transit say their mother or grandmothers pass along with other family members.
