Is it possible that transit planets can parallel natal planets? Like for example if transit Saturn is 21°36'13" S and Pluto is 21°43' 2" S with my natal Moon at 21°24'12" S?

Yes, I've brought this to your attention before. However, you'll want your natal Moon's most accurate position to be sure. Get that by choosing 'topocentric positions' on astro.com's Extended Chart Selection page.

It's important because when the Moon is close to the horizon, as it would be in your chart in the sign opposite your Asc sign, its real position can be up to 1° different from the position given in common calculations. This topocentric position calculates its position from your birth location rather than on a line from the center of the Earth, thus correcting for parallax effect. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parallax

You said that my natal Saturn parallels my natal Moon. But I’m talking about transit Saturn parallel my natal Moon. My transit Moon conjuncts my natal Saturn. Whenever transit Saturn aspect my Moon or when transit Moon aspect my natal Saturn. I feel like isolating myself.
