Any time placements repeat themselves on the Draconic when present in the natal,take note. This especially if they are tight conjunctions(max 3 degrees)First look for sign energy in the natal chart.
Cap deals with assuming responsibility, being disciplined, being counted upon to be the provider(Can is counted upon on being the "nurturer"). Duty, honor, integrity over any personal whims or inclinations.
Think of the Queen of England whose life was "contracted" (Saturn ruler of Cap is exalted in the 7th house) to and by the throne.
Cap assumes the role of the organiser, the restrained one, keeping a cool head,manager, the "rational" one or sober one.The one who mantains a reputable and impeccable image, the exemplary persona and character leader(Leo shares this with Cap)
So where we find Cap planets and/or energy, is where the above are important i.e
