We talking about a man or woman here?

Men emulate their Venus a bit more, while women emulate their Mars a bit more.

For a man, he'll seem more Libran at first, especially in social and romantic situations. Conversational, refined, dislike fighting. Possibly indecisive.

However, when he goes after things, asserts himself, his Capricornian traits will shine through more.
So if anyone does something the Venus doesn't like, the Mars sign will shine through, and could become grave, stern, super serious no BS (cool thing about caps - no bs tolerated).
If we're speaking of a woman/girl, she'll be a lot more like her Mars at first (Capricorn) and seem very Capricornian in general. You'll have to get to know her more in order to "unlock" other traits.

edit: to be more specific though i wouldnt just use those placements to guess interests since aspects and **** can change so much

i like **** like art, music, plants, the occult, wandering around outside, intoxicants, reading etc

i dislike making plans, being bored, people with unpleasant voices **** like that

i'm usually motivated by curiosity or the pursuit of pleasure or if someone or something i care about is on the line, otherwise i'm generally apathetic and not at all motivated

maybe the difference in sun sign would change some of that but i doubt it

the libra indecisive thing is true, it can easily take me an hour to decide on a movie to watch if there's a lot of choices

i've portioned out food so i could eat it different ways when i couldnt decide what to eat it with

my fiancee regularly yells at me for freezing up when i have to make decisions that require thinking or are completely minor (if i have to spur of the moment choose something important thats fine though)

Leo gives a confident, proud, and sometimes gallant persona. Contrary to popular belief, Leo doesn't always like to show off. The more self assured and confident, the less they demonstrate. When you're a king/queen, doesn't matter what the non-royals think. You are what you are, and you know it. Because of this, it can also make Leos shoulder a lot of burden, and take a lot of responsibility. As in, "you couldn't have known better, I (the Leo) am the one who is at fault. I must be better (for my people). Even if they seem bothered by something someone did, there is a part of them that strongly holds themselves accountable. It's a pride thing. Leo Merc can be playful, fun, like to talk about exciting things. Pinpointing exactly what someone's interests are takes a bit more info than these signs/aspects. Capricorn's are ambitious and like excelling in work, Libra (often) likes discussing politics, and Leo is good at acting and leadership. Just to name a few possibilities ~
