If you have most of your planets in cardinal houses, do you attract/ are attracted to cardinal signs even if you have no cardinal signs in your chart?

I'm cardinal and Capricorn dominant and I'm usually into Capricorn sun and/or Capricorn rising men NOT because Capricorn is a cardinal sign or because I'm Cap dom but simply because my 7th house is in Capricorn. Usually we naturally gravitate towards people who have their Sun or rising as the sign of our 7th house. What's your 7th house? Is it a mutable, cardinal or fixed sign? Maybe this doesn't work for other people but I've noticed that I do tend to like men who are like my 7th house Capricorn sign.

I have 7th house in Aquarius and am attracted to Aquarius’s but my Leo stellium doesn’t know how to handle them haha. I just notice I’m surrounded by a lot of cardinal signs - mostly Aries/cancer/Cap for not having any cardinal signs in my chart. Almost all of my planets are in fixed signs.

I have my sun/moon/mars/Pluto and Juno in cardinal houses. Also have libra IC/ Aries MC and Saturn, Nep, & Uranus in Capricorn but would this be enough to attract them? I love them too!
