How unhealthy are their manipulative techniques?

I just cut a friend of mine out of my life... She comes to me 2 weeks later blaming me for having slept with her ex. And that she wouldn't ever do it to a friend. And I'm lying for not admitting it... Claims her ex himself told her... Which I highly doubt is true. But regardless of what I tell her she denies believing me.

I'm not sure where it's coming from. Is it because she slept with my ex (which makes sense, they're semi friends) and feels guilty so is trying to get the same outta me? Or is she just trying to create drama I'm not sure. She's a manipulative ***** I can't understand her lol. Is this all common with the Venus Pluto opposition?

I'm thinking now she might've wanted to be the last one to finish it, does that makes sense? Meaning I shouldn't be the one to cut her out. Rather it should go down as a fight.

This aspect and Moon opposite Pluto are rather infamous for jealous emotions and projecting such insecurities onto others. Even when contained, people with these aspects have to make an effort to free themselves from the dark side of their emotional tendencies in relationships.

John Lennon comes to mind (Moon opposite Pluto). With his first wife Cynthia he was angry, insecure, a dominator, a hitter by his own admission -- an abuser. He went through primal therapy (Dr Arthur Janov) in 1970 and became an activist and voice for peace, writing a couple of the most resounding anthems to peace ever written (Give Peace A Chance, Imagine). I think primal therapy was appropriate for him and he was wise to undergo it. Such therapy gets at the root of emotional pain that creates neurotic patterns of ongoing emotional miseries, but getting someone to admit to it and work to change it is another thing entirely.

Yep.

Living with the square really makes my days go fast.

I feel sorry for anyone wanting to get close. They don’t know what they’re getting into.

i see that **** and i expect a rollercoaster of unsaid feelings, games, and tests instead of anything constructive with extra amounts of projection and a hard time with accountability

I have venus opposition pluto and moon square pluto on top of that. I don't accuse people of anything without solid evidence. I don't accuse based on my "gut feeling" though my gut feeling always turns out to be correct in the end.

When she accused you of sleeping with her ex and claims she would never do that to a friend, then you should've called her out on her behavior immediately. Some people are manipulative and this has very little to do with their aspects. It depends on their life experiences. The most manipulative person I ever met had venus in leo closely followed by a venus in libra. Neither one had strong pluto in their charts and didn't have any planets in scorpio.

Her ex may have fibbed (you never know). In the end, you know you didn't sleep with her ex. You know what the truth is and that's all that matters. Frankly, if someone were to come at me with such ridiculous accusations after I had already cut them out of my life, I would've said "I thought I already ended our friendship. Why are you even talking to me? I want nothing more to do with your insecurities and manipulation. Be gone!"

Thanks everyone.

@Astra, you're right. It's certainly her life experiences. But I can't help but blame it on her Pluto. She does the same with her bf/ex. She blocks him every other week for some minor ****. She once told me she does so cuz she's unsure of what he thinks of her. He deals with her crap and follows her rules like a puppy.

I just looked at her bf's chart. Pluto touches practically each one of his personal planets. Conjunct Mars. Square Sun and Mercury. Trine Moon and Venus. I guess, as you said, I shouldn't be surprised if he in fact said that, probably to try and get back at her or something.

But anyway if she said it cuz of her insecurities then I should await the next one. Like some blackmailing or something lol. I left her with a pretty bad taste. Time will tell I guess.

Lol. I'm a girl. I have moon in capricorn in the first house and pluto in the very early degrees of scorpio in the 10th house. My venus is at 29 degrees Aries in the 4th house. On top of these lovely aspects, my rising sign is in capricorn and my chart ruler, Saturn, is in Scorpio in the 10th house.

Yes, you read that right: I have both Saturn and Pluto in Scorpio in the 10th house. My Pluto also conjuncts my midheaven. I have such a "light-hearted" chart as you can tell. Haha.

Out of curiosity, how old is this former friend of yours? My former friend behaved the same way at 22. She was a Sag Sun with Venus in Scorpio. Some people crave drama and love to start fights with loved ones. I think it's weird, but it find this behavior very common among those in their teens/early 20s. After the early 20s, this behavior becomes beyond pathetic.

My husband has Venus/Asc op Pluto/Dsc.
On his best days he can sell sand to desert people but on his worst days, he’ll sell what LOOKS LIKE sand; but is not, to desert people. And they’ll buy the fake sand...

He can be a master of projection and it took me a long while to see it because he hides it well but once he started to trust me it all surfaced.

I have Moon/Sun/Mercury sq Pluto and I was also raised
by a Scorpio Sun/Moon/Mercury sq Pluto mother so I’m very familiar with all what Pluto has to offer however, my mother taught me that honesty is the best way to go forth (vividly recall the time she told me she never wanted me in the first place..) and sadly, I wouldn’t call my husband “honest” with himself, his deepest emotions or even what he does (unknowingly or knowingly) to other people around him!

What sign is Venus in? This is a natural "solar chart" opposition in that it has Taurus(Venus) and Sco(Pluto) themes underpinned i.e physical security or peace of mind(Taurus) being threatened or facing a looming upheaval(Pluto).

Depending on the signs involved, we can deduce that there is a swing to and from feeling secure(Venus) and acting out because of a perceived threat(Pluto: real or imagined

LOL! Ha....you don't know me. Not a single person who has betrayed me has been able to rebuild their life after I was through with them.

Yes, don't underestimate the boyfriend. However, I think you are right that she is projecting her insecurities onto you. You did the right thing by cutting her out of your life. You should feel proud that you were strong enough to recognize that she wasn't a good friend and was a toxic person. Many people don't realize this until it is too late.

Astra, I don’t think I was explicit enough.

What I meant was that I would turn you inside out in a physical/primal/sexual way, you’re lucky I don’t know you.

But after you have said that above, makes me want even more; I reckon you might just tolerate me.

Sorry, will stop now.

Yes, you are definitely right. At 28, her personality is unlikely to change unless she has an impactful Saturn Return. I'm a bit surprised that her boyfriend puts up with that sort of behavior.

@Astra if he in fact said it then I guess it explains his personality to some extent. So they must be perfect for each other. I guess.
