Before Aries Season ends, I've got to get this off my chest about us!

Please STOP referring to us as Tomboys. And STOP assuming that we are highly masculine. Although some Aries Women are in fact this way, it certainly does not describe the majority of us at all.

Aries Women are often highly feminine & sensual beings. Full of fire & passion for days.

Many of us are NOT "sporty" like some Astrologers suggest. We are indeed very bold & brutally honest though! And unless they are battling serious depression of some sort, Aries is always confident in who they are & what they bring to the table. We have huge HEARTS but we also have a strong BACKBONE.

Another misconception is that we prefer weak men -- hell no. Doormats need not apply!
If we can dominate you, we won't respect you. And if we don't respect you, we can't seriously date you. You'll just be a flavor of the month for us! Lol. So... man up, be secure and calm our *fire* without putting it out if you hope to win us over.

*Famous Aries SUN Women:
Mariah Carey
Selena
Diana Ross
Jayne Mansfield
Celine Dion
Chaka Khan
Norah Jones
Ashley Judd
Aretha Franklin
Victoria Beckham
Sarah Jessica Parker
Phoebe Dynevor
Halle Bailey
Kate Hudson
Fergie

*Aries MOON Women:
Rihanna (And Venus/ASC)
Sade
Whitney Houston
Pamela Anderson
Janet Jackson
Angelina Jolie (And Mars)

*Aries VENUS Women:
Marilyn Monroe
Liz Taylor
Audrey Hepburn
Eva Longoria
Shakira (And ASC)
Lady GaGa (And Aries Sun)

*Aries ASC:
Penelope Cruz
Stevie Nicks
Heather Locklear
Kendall Jenner
Joan Baez
Linda Goodman (Aries Sun also)

*Aries MARS:
Aishwarya Rai
Margot Robbie
Lauryn Hill
Tyra Banks (And Aries Moon)
Carrie Underwood (And Aries Venus)
Kourtney Kardashian (And Aries Sun)

^^NONE of these women are masculine. Are they fiery & influential?? Absolutely! But they are feminine first & foremost!

*sprays on perfume & sips wine*

What a lovely and very true post. Danica Patrick is also an Aries Sun and Moon and she is not masculine, although her profession is a very male-dominated one.

I would also like to say that while some people are masculine on the outside, it doesn’t automatically make them masculine personality/taste-wise..

I forgot about Danica! She's awesome. Perfect example of how an Aries Woman can kick butt while maintaining her femininity. And roll with the boys while simultaneously having them lust after her!

Thanks Lovelyaries89!

I was not an athlete in school that’s for sure.

I much prefer dancing, running with my headphones on, and swimming for fun.

Lots of divas are Aries.

I only have muscles on my calf from doing ballet point.

I like dressing feminine. Though I’m in jeans and zip up hoodie today. I bought a sweater dress.

Happy Aries Season!

To be honest (Moon conjunct Mars here, so it's all love) most Aries women I know are not the typical feminine archetype that most people think of. Appearance wise, they DON'T look like tom boys. They wear make-up, heels, and dresses like other women I know. All of the Aries women I know have long hair (with exception of one, but I think she prefers having short hair).

But. It's really their personality and characteristics that set them apart from a group of say, otherwise feminine women. Their take charge, lead the pack mentality is admirable. But it's not very feminine, traditionally. In that way, they DO come off as tom boys, because usually, men are not going to have a problem with this approach. Men are less likely to take it personally because it's all business, so to speak. So they might find it easier to work with men - the Aries women I know certainly do get along better with their male coworkers than their female ones.

That's just been my experience. Again, I would never describe them physically as a typical tom boy. But if we're talking about personality, I can totally understand how someone would come to that conclusion. I haven't found directness, bluntness, brutal honesty, competitiveness, and fierce independence in my social circles of otherwise feminine women. The Aries women always seem to stand out on their own, either by choice or because their qualities just don't mesh well with those feminine types.

I actually get along well with women & men EQUALLY. I'm confident in my abilities, but I am not competitive. I'm individualistic, but I am not overly independent - I appreciate being cared for as long as I can trust you! I also know quite a few other Aries Women and NONE of them had the desire to dominate their man. We may be take-charge when it comes to our career paths or social circles, sure. But when it comes to romance... *many* of us appreciate being able to allow a capable man of taking the lead so that we can fully relax into our femininity (just like ANY other woman.) As long as he respects, adores & values us... we can play the Beta to his Alpha. Too many folks DO NOT understand this about the Aries Woman.

Again, the famous women mentioned above are feminine women. And I'm not just talking about their appearance - their *energy* SCREAMED it! Being feminine is not about being some delicate pushover. It's about embracing your power & beauty as a woman unapologetically. Knowing how to nurture & seduce a man, while still keeping him on his toes and making him EARN you! An Aries Woman is capable of doing this very well. I have no problem attracting strong Alpha Men.

Could I bully & control a passive Beta male if I wanted to?? Yes, easily. But I have NO desire to do so. I don't even find the idea attractive. Lol.

Not to sure about a pairing between two Aries moon people thought.

My mom and I are both Aries mooners and we just exhaust each other...two people with stubborn wills wanting to get what they want.

But when I find Aries mooners that see eye to eye it just works out.

I do find Aries moon/sun "feminine". But I would liken it to a woman who has a gun in her Louis Vuitton bag or a pocket knife in her tight Tommy Hillfiger jeans. In other words, don't test her. You will come off second best.

In as far as "love" is concerned, I think that they prefer an individual who is sure of themselves, consistent and "self-posessed"(if that is the right description).

You are welcomed to disagree with them.Have an opinion. But be consistent in your approach and don't have funny contradictions or be overly concerned with looking "macho".

Unlike Cancer Mars females(ime), they don't confuse "looking" macho with being masculine. To them(Aries), they know muscles do not make a man in as much as appearing on TV does not make one a celebrity. You have to demonstrate talent and be extraordinary in some way.

Most Aries females I know seem to gravitate to people who have Cap or Taurus placements ime. The Sun could be in any sign, but there is often something steady and "I aint going nowhere" about the guy's overall persona. They tend to like the strong-willed type. And this includes Aries Moon.

I would include Mars/Moon and Mars/Sun in this discussion.As I would Mars=Sun/Moon midpoint or Sun/Moon in 1st

Yes, say it!

Reminds me of that thread where someone described being forward and confident as acting like a boy. (they had some trines)

Confidence belongs to both and neither :P

my fiancee and i both have aries moons, and things are great until we disagree on something then we'll have huge arguments that typically don't really get anywhere on either side (neither of us cares for giving in and usually arguments are just a matter of airing frustrations with no spoken conclusion, though she will give in and listen to me some of the time and vice versa)

but usually not long afterwards we can just go back to enjoying each other, she can nurse a grudge for a while (lot of scorpio and pluto **** , lot of squares to her first house mars that's conjunct jupiter too) she just doesn't usually want to and she can forget about it here and there but i've gotten bitched at for **** i did 13 years ago when we first moved in together in the recent past

in her case she doesn't have any personal planets in earth and has moon square neptune too so that's fun

she's very feminine in appearance and she's submissive sexually, but outside of that not so much, more tomboyish as far as interests and personality go

she's competitive too and generally gets along better with men than women

i've noticed when it comes to women she's more ok with them having a personal planet or two in water, but with guys she's around she tends to prefer a lack of water and can find guys with water annoying

i'll be honest i think if i had any personal planets in water it'd probably be terrible for me because she's pretty intense and has more feelings than she seems to even realize (she's really blind to just how emotional she is because she can be somewhat detached and cold, but that's more towards other people) i don't though so it's whatever

she can be extremely thoughtful and loving and all that good **** , and i appreciate the strong personality

i actually really dislike very submissive women (aside from sex) and find them boring so it works out at least

Also while I'm at it, my aquarius rising won't let me sleep if I don't say this; people who are assigning gender to qualities... are you for real? How does it feel living in a cave?
Being courageous is not exclusive to one gender. Being brave has no gender. Taking charge has no gender. You get it.

You better say that s**t, lady!

You can be highly feminine and still have backbone & inner strength. I feel sorry for the people who do not realize this. Men rarely ever give their hearts to weak women - they simply use them for convenience. I suggest that the doormats read the book 'Why Men Love B****s' and they will finally understand! Lol.
